Design Staff Experience Designer at Instacart

Staff Experience Designer leads end-to-end user journey design across Instacart's four-sided marketplace, solving large-scale problems through strategy and experimentation.

Senior Hybrid Posted 15 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re transforming the grocery industry

At Instacart, we invite the world to share love through food because we believe everyone should have access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. Where others see a simple need for grocery delivery, we see exciting complexity and endless opportunity to serve the varied needs of our community. We work to deliver an essential service that customers rely on to get their groceries and household goods, while also offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to Instacart Personal Shoppers.

Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table.

Instacart is a Flex First team

There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work.

OVERVIEW

Every year, people across the world spend nearly one trillion dollars on groceries. It’s an industry that’s been around for centuries. Food itself, however, has been a constant in people’s lives since the beginning of time. Yes, sustenance is essential, but it’s also much more than that. Food can be a part of a daily ritual or a special moment that resonates with people on a meaningful and emotional level. It can be a much-needed break in a long day, a taste that brings back memories, a creative experiment, a shared meal with loved ones, or even comfort during a hard time. Whether it’s a special occasion or an everyday occurrence, it should always be easy for people to get the ingredients they need.

The Instacart Design Team is dedicated to making grocery shopping effortless for everyone and finding solutions to large-scale opportunities that will forever change the way people feed themselves and their loved ones. We’re a four sided marketplace and design for the needs of Consumer, Shoppers, Retailers, and Advertisers.

Within the Instacart Design org, we have exciting roles that will drive meaningful business impact through thoughtful strategy, experimentation, and high-quality execution. We design the end-to-end journeys that help customers discover, understand, and feel the undeniable value of Instacart, putting empathy for both prospective and existing members at the center of every decision. Our team blends product thinking, brand-forward storytelling, and behavioral insight to create cohesive, high-performing growth experiences. We pride ourselves on a culture of experimentation, accountability, and craft, continuously evolving how we design for conversion, retention, and long-term customer value.

We’re hiring for a Staff Experience Designer to join the Core Experience team and lead work across multiple touchpoints along our end to end online grocery experience in app. You’ll obsess user, cultural and industry shifts in food and shopping spaces and inspire new features that come with strong value propositions that can be uniquely owned by the Intacart brand experience and online grocery ecosystem. This role will need to work very closely with teams across the end to end shopping experience as well as new modalities that help deliver experiences through AI and agentic based conversational interfaces. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Data Science, and Research to drive measurable business outcomes while strengthening customer trust, affinity for the brand and long-term loyalty.

About The Job

Daily Rhythms and Samples of Work

  • Drive and lead experiences across consumer-facing products to create highly personalized journeys that meet households where they are — their routines, their needs, their goals — and build new layers of value into the core grocery experience.
  • Lead end-to-end experience design briefs across all surfaces and modalities, including agentic interfaces, that deepen how customers discover, shop, and build lasting habits with Instacart.
  • Craft narratives, naming, and value propositions for experiences and features, creating artifacts (strategy docs, flows, storyboards, internal decks) that help teams socialize strategies and ideas.
  • Define and own experience frameworks that map key journeys (first 3 orders, building repeat patterns, subscription adoption, household management) and clearly articulate the beats, rhythms, and jobs to be done at each step.
  • Shape content, hierarchy, and information architecture across surfaces: define how information is structured, named, and prioritized so users have clear comprehension at every step while the business and partners get the right visibility where it matters.
  • Codify experiential principles, functional and emotional, to guide what users should understand, decide, and feel across flows, then translate those principles into patterns, content hierarchies, and interaction rules that scale across teams.
  • Use AI-assisted prototyping and concept development as a core part of your practice, providing strong art direction, references, and experiential intent to generate flows and concepts that align with Instacart’s design system, brand positioning, and evolving interaction patterns.
  • Design for visual clarity, pacing, and density, establishing patterns, grids, and rules that govern how modules, carousels, and key placements work (above vs. below the fold) to balance user needs, business objectives, and partner value.
  • Work with Research, and sometimes lead or plan it yourself, to uncover insights about how customers shop, build routines, and evolve over their lifecycle with Instacart, then translate those insights into concrete journey maps, flows, and experiential principles.
  • Raise the bar for experience-led thinking across the pods, mentoring partners on how to think in journeys and emotions rather than just screens, and advocating for cohesive, principle-driven experiences that feel uniquely Instacart.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products and experiences across web and mobile, with a portfolio that highlights complex, multi-step journeys and end-to-end flows including marketing channels like social, crm, and campaigns.
  • Strong track record of projects that demonstrate a fluency and depth in at least two design languages: content design, UX/product design, visual design, design strategy, design research —and demonstrable fluency collaborating across the others.
  • Driven by continuity, consistency, cohesion, comprehension and brand differentiation with an exceptional eye towards design system detail.
  • Proven ability to partner with product and business leaders as you direct multiple design disciplines through clear briefs, concept iteration, testing, executive reviews and feature launches.
  • An overwhelming fascination with human behaviors, pop, food, social and shopping culture, communication, visualization, design systems, language, content hierarchy, and the evolving models of producing world class design products for our future conditions.
  • You are a writer. You have exceptional communications skills with clear strengths in structured strategic storytelling, context setting, visually compelling and polished  presentations that inspire, and clear decisions making frameworks/concepts that accelerate agreements to move forward.
  • Case studies of brand-centric product design work that is driven by user insights, data science, strategic frameworks, and metrics of impact to the business.
  • Track record of navigating ambiguity and multi-stakeholder environments, creating structure from loosely defined opportunity areas and guiding teams toward alignment.
  • Fluency in google slides and figma is a must with desire for additional design or generative tools including but not limited to: Claude Code, Loveable, Cursor, and ChatGPT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for marketplaces, e-commerce, grocery, CPG, or membership/subscription products, especially where lifecycle, growth, or repeat behavior is critical.
  • Experience shaping onboarding, activation, and retention journeys, including first-order and early repeat experiences that build habits, loyalty, and personalization over time.
  • Familiarity with domains like meal planning, nutrition, health goals, and allergy/restriction management, personalization and how they intersect with household grocery behavior.
  • Experience designing high-visibility surfaces such as home, personalized feeds, and merchandising placements—including how to manage density, stacking, carousels, and above-the-fold/break strategies for maximum clarity and impact.
  • Experience working within and evolving large-scale design systems, ensuring AI- and human-produced flows align to system constraints while allowing room for innovation.
  • Comfort working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones, and influencing outcomes on multi-team initiatives without direct authority.

Lead a team of product designers while contributing hands-on to strategic design initiatives across AI-powered legal tech products, balancing mentorship with high-impact design work.

Senior Hybrid Posted 20 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to help shape the future of EvenUp’s product design practice. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll lead a small team of embedded product designers while also contributing hands-on to high-impact projects. This role offers broad scope and strategic influence across a modular, fast-evolving platform. You’ll support work spanning AI tools and workflow infrastructure, helping to architect cohesive, user-centered experiences in a technically complex space. It’s an opportunity to shape foundational design systems, build team culture, and make a lasting impact on the legal tech ecosystem we’re helping to define.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs in San Francisco or Toronto.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support a team of 4+ product designers, investing in their growth, performance, and career development.

  • Drive hiring for open roles on your team, partnering with recruiting and design leadership to scale our design practice.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to define strategy, scope product opportunities, and ship high-quality solutions.

  • Balance management responsibilities with hands-on design work—taking ownership of critical projects that contribute directly to business goals.

  • Champion design excellence and foster a collaborative, feedback-rich design culture grounded in user-centered thinking and high standards of execution.

What we look for:

  • 8+ years of experience in software product design

  • 3+ years of experience in managing other designers.

  • A track record of designing impactful B2B workflow tools for complex, specialized users—experience with internal tooling and/or AI interfaces is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to lead and scale a team, including hiring and developing talent.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ship high-quality work at speed.

Design Senior UX Designer (Hybrid) at Rewards Network

Senior UX Designer owns end-to-end design for consumer and merchant platforms, creates design systems, and conducts user research to optimize loyalty program experiences across web and mobile.

Senior Hybrid Posted 20 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Rewards Network

For 41 years, Rewards Network has been helping restaurants grow revenue, increase traffic, and boost customer engagement through innovative financial, marketing services, and premier dining rewards programs. By offering unique card-linked offers, we introduce diners to fantastic restaurant experiences, leveraging advanced technology and data analytics to deliver value to restaurants, diners, and our strategic partners’ loyalty programs.

Our Culture

At Rewards Network, you’ll be part of a driven and diverse team that excels in collaboration, issue resolution, and taking ownership of both personal growth and the company’s success. We take pride in partnering with the world’s most powerful loyalty programs to drive full-price paying customers to local restaurants through marketing services and flexible funding options. Our engaging and rewarding environment is designed to help you gain your full potential.

Job Overview

The UX Designer owns end-to-end design across the experiences connecting our 25M+ dining members with 20,000+ partner restaurants, plus the merchant tools restaurants use to connect. Translates member behavior, merchant needs, and partner brand standards into intuitive, accessible experiences across consumer and merchant websites and apps.

This is a hands-on IC role for a Figma-fluent designer who uses AI to move faster without losing craft, and has strong opinions on consumer loyalty and B2B SaaS product experience. This designer is our first dedicated UX hire (so an ownership mindset is a must) and will stand up the design system, processes, and standards we rely on going forward – working lean by building on established design-system foundations rather than bespoke work wherever possible.

This is a hybrid position that requires in office presence 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Chicago.

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)

  • Own UX end-to-end for complex consumer and merchant products — discovery through dev handoff and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on both a near-term roadmap and a long-term strategic vision, balancing user needs with business, technical, and compliance constraints.
  • Plan and run user research — discovery, usability tests, concept tests — and iterate from telemetry and qualitative feedback.
  • Translate business goals and user insights into flows, IA, and interaction patterns.
  • Own and evolve the design system across consumer and merchant surfaces; building a design-system framework and reserving customer design for genuinely new or distinctive features; raise the quality bar across design, research, and content while streamlining process.
  • Present design work, methodology, and value to executive leadership and cross-functional partners; secure buy-in for solution direction.
  • Collaborate with Engineering through build and design QA; align in-product experience with Marketing/Lifecycle and partner brand standards.
  • Mentor peers, set elevated standards for design quality, and drive knowledge sharing across the org.
  • Design to WCAG 2.1 AA by default; fluent in Figma.

Do you have the right mix of ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, Visual Design, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 8+  years of UX / product design shipping consumer or B2B SaaS products across native (iOS/Android) and web platforms.

Design Senior UX Designer (Hybrid) at Rewards Network

Senior UX Designer owns end-to-end design for consumer and merchant products, manages design systems, and conducts user research across web and mobile platforms.

  • Designed within external partner brand standards (airline, hotel, retail, financial loyalty/membership, or similar) where guidelines aren’t yours to set.
  • Significantly contributed to or owned a design system at scale using Figma.
  • Product instincts and user empathy.
  • AI-assisted design fluency; clear on where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
  • User-centered design: research, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, journey mapping, prototyping.
  • Visual craft: typography, color, layout, hierarchy, motion.
  • WCAG 2.1 AA in practice.
  • Agile delivery tools: JIRA, Confluence, FigJam/Miro, Maze/UserTesting.
  • Can present and defend design decisions to leadership and partners.

Education, Certifications and Experience: Preferred

  • Experience designing Loyalty, rewards, AI, gamification, or habit-forming products.
  • Industry experience with B2B SaaS, restaurant, dining, hospitality, or partnerships-driven businesses.
  • Experimentation programs (A/B testing) and behavioral data informing design.
  • Front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JS; familiarity with React / Reactive Native a plus) sufficient to collaborate with engineers.
  • AI tools (Figma AI, generative image, LLM-based design/content) used in a real product workflow.

Design Web Designer & Webflow Developer at Flex

Design and build marketing pages and web experiences in Webflow while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows.

Mid Hybrid Posted 24 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

We’re looking for a hybrid designer and Webflow developer to help bring a new brand to life across our website. This role is for someone who can both design page experiences and build them in Webflow—owning work end to end rather than handing it off.

You’ll partner closely with our creative director, existing Webflow developer, content team, and PM to move the rebrand forward quickly. Design and implementation will happen in parallel rather than as separate, sequential phases.

We’re also looking for someone who works in an AI-native way—using AI, LLMs, coding assistants, agents, and workflow automation to accelerate design, page creation, development, content operations, and QA while maintaining a high bar for quality and brand consistency.

What you’ll do

Design

  • Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates that bring our new brand direction to the web
  • Extend a small set of bespoke “hero” pages designed by our brand agency into a consistent, scalable system across the broader site
  • Design a range of marketing pages, from interactive and motion-rich experiences to simpler, templatized pages
  • Contribute to a reusable component and module library so design decisions propagate consistently across pages
  • Apply strong visual, responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused design principles

Build

  • Build and launch net-new pages, templates, components, and modules in Webflow
  • Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive patterns
  • Translate Figma designs—your own and others’—into clean, high-fidelity Webflow builds
  • Implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript when needed
  • Reskin and migrate existing pages while ensuring they remain easy for nontechnical partners to maintain

Use AI and automation

  • Use AI and coding assistants to accelerate design exploration, content structuring, page creation, component development, custom code, and debugging
  • Build or configure AI agents and workflow automations for CMS preparation, content transformation, metadata generation, page auditing, link validation, and QA
  • Identify repetitive processes that can become reliable, reusable AI-assisted workflows while critically reviewing output for accuracy, accessibility, originality, and brand quality

Ship & collaborate

  • Design, implement, test, and prepare pages for launch without unnecessary handoffs
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director, existing Webflow developer, content, marketing, and PM
  • QA across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
  • Ensure strong performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, analytics readiness, redirects, and launch quality
  • Document key components, CMS structures, custom code, automations, and publishing workflows

What we’re looking for

  • Strong design and Webflow development capabilities in one skill set, with a portfolio showing excellent visual and brand design alongside shipped, high-quality Webflow builds
  • Speed—the ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in a fast-moving environment with shifting inputs, priorities, and timelines
  • A strong eye for systems, with experience creating scalable page templates, reusable components, module libraries, and CMS structures (e.g. shared templates with swappable color sets and content modules)
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, comfort using JavaScript or custom code when needed, and the ability to implement high-fidelity builds from Figma
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive behavior, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive page elements
  • Demonstrated professional experience using AI and LLM tools, including building or configuring AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or QA workflows
  • Strong attention to detail across responsive behavior, accessibility, QA, performance, SEO fundamentals, and design consistency
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain momentum, and design and ship in parallel

Nice to have

  • Experience with GSAP, APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations
  • Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization
  • Experience with major rebrands, content migrations, localization, or multi-product websites

Contract details

  • Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week
  • Duration: 3 month, with strong likelihood of extension or conversion with positive performance

Life at Flex

We understand that it takes a diverse team of highly intelligent, curious, determined, empathetic, and self aware people to grow a successful company. Our HQ is located in New York City, but we have employees located throughout the US, Australia, Canada and South America. About the Role:

OLAPLEX is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Packaging Design Production Artist to join our Creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and manufacturing reality. You will turn approved design concepts into flawless, technically precise, print-ready packaging files for all primary and secondary components.

Reporting to a Creative Packaging Designer, you bring an absolute obsession with technical details (dielines, typography, and print specs) and a deep appreciation for the aesthetics of prestige beauty.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Press & Production

  • Mechanical File Creation: Build and finalize precise, print-ready mechanical files for primary components (bottles, tubes) and secondary packaging (boxes, cartons)
  • Dieline Mastery: Review, apply, and adapt structural dielines, ensuring exact placement of all graphic elements, bleeds, and safe zones
  • Global Line Extensions: Adapt existing core brand designs across complex regional packaging sizes, translations, and global SKU variants
  • Typography & Layout: Maintain extreme typographic consistency, managing text wraps, kerning, ingredient list formatting, and legal requirements flawlessly

Quality Assurance & Vendor Liaison

  • File Verification: Guarantee that all files released to factories contain correct spot colors, varnish layers, font outlines, and high-resolution imagery
  • Supplier Communication: Coordinate with overseas and domestic printers and packaging engineers to resolve technical file issues and review proofs
  • Color Management: Maintain consistent brand color standards across varied packaging substrates and print processes (e.g., offset, flexography)

Asset Management & Workflow

  • Digital Archiving: Maintain highly organized project directories, standardized file-naming structures, and master digital asset libraries
  • Physical Mockups: Assemble functional physical mockups and digital renderings for leadership evaluation and stakeholder presentation
  • Timeline Execution: Manage production tasks for multiple concurrent product launches, ensuring strict adherence to global manufacturing deadlines

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or equivalent technical design experience
  • 5+ years of dedicated production art experience, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or premium consumer packaged goods (CPG) spaces
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Deep understanding of printing processes, specialty finishes (hot stamping, embossing), ink limitations, and substrate textures
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and an eagle-eye focus on picking up minor alignment, copy, or structural discrepancies

We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement. What’s most important to us is finding authentic and accountable people who feel connected to our mission and values, not just candidates who check off all the boxes. We are looking for someone who will bring all their expertise, learn, and grow with us.

Our Total Rewards:

The annual base pay for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.

  • Competitive compensation
  • Work/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and flexible work schedules
  • Wellness: Company Contribution to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for Employees and their Families, Company Paid Employee Life Insurance, Optional additional Life Insurance, and Short and Long-Term Disability Coverage Options
  • Parental Leave: Up to 18 weeks for birthing-parents and up to 10 weeks for non-birthing new parents

  • Products: Twenty (20) free products per year, plus a friends and family discount

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

Our mission is to create a culture that celebrates our bonds by embracing, elevating, and empowering individuals from all backgrounds.

We do not discriminate based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, or religious creed, mental or physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, military or veteran status, citizenship, or other characteristics protected by state or federal law or local ordinance.

Design Senior Creative Producer at CompanyCam

Senior creative producer who independently delivers multi-format assets (graphic design, video, animation, web design, copywriting) using AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining creative strategy and quality.

Senior Hybrid Posted 27 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

The Senior Creative Producer is a well-rounded creative who takes a well-formed brief and delivers a finished set of assets, independently, efficiently, and at a high standard. This role goes broad instead of deep: graphic design, video, animation, web design, and light copywriting are all in the toolkit, and most of the time that toolkit is all you need. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Design Direction and receiving briefs from an assigned Creative Director, you’ll own the journey from brief intake to final delivery with minimal supervision and minimal revision cycles. You’ll bring the human creative strategy and design judgment that no tool can replicate, and use AI to accelerate, iterate, and scale that thinking into finished work.

Location: We welcome both local and remote applicants for this role. Local ( Lincoln, NE) is preferred. Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce complete, multi-format assets spanning graphic design, video, animation, web design, and copy, from briefs your assigned Creative Director sends over, with limited supervision and few revision cycles
  • Work autonomously from brief to final delivery, making sound creative decisions within the brief’s parameters without needing ongoing direction
  • Use AI tools to accelerate and scale production work like asset generation, format adaptation, and motion templates, freeing up your time for the creative strategy and human spark that no tool replaces
  • Direct the Multimedia Producer assigned to your projects on simpler or repeatable tasks, staying focused yourself on the highest skill creative challenges
  • Bring in dedicated specialists in video, web design, motion, or copy when a deliverable genuinely requires it, but default to self-sufficiency
  • Read and pressure-test every brief before execution begins, surfacing gaps and creative risks before they become revision loops
  • Own a substantial concurrent project portfolio, managing timelines and communicating proactively when capacity or priorities shift
  • Model high creative standards and lead AI tool adoption by building and sharing production workflows that help everyone move faster

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you’re writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We’re building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. I n this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Delivering finished creative work fast and independently, so your Creative Director and the broader team can focus on strategy instead of revision cycles
  • Building AI-assisted production workflows that help the whole creative team scale their output without losing the human thinking that makes the work good
  • Raising the bar on craft across the team, modeling what high-quality, on-brand creative looks like at CompanyCam
  • Keeping every project on track, so contractors and internal teams get consistent, polished assets across every channel

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a creative production role spanning multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently across at least three of the following: graphic design, video production, motion/animation, web design, copywriting
  • A portfolio that shows breadth and quality, with a proven track record of taking briefs to finished deliverables with minimal revision cycles
  • Working experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or RunwayML, used to accelerate real production work rather than replace creative thinking
  • Experience working within a defined brand system, applying standards consistently across formats and channels
  • Background in a brand, in-house creative team, or agency environment, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, or communications, preferred
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $80,000-$100,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.

CompanyCam is an equal-opportunity employer committed to respect, inclusion, and growth. We work hard, take responsibility, and support each other. Great ideas come from all backgrounds, and we carefully consider every applicant without regard to personal characteristics or traits. Even if your work experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply. What really matters to us is your potential, your passion, and your commitment to learning, innovation, and contributing meaningfully to our team.

For any accommodations or technical issues related to the online application or interview process, please email jobs@companycam.com and we’ll respond promptly. Please do not include any medical or health information in your message.
