What this role involves

About DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose is an education nonprofit ensuring every US public school student has the classroom resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Founded by a teacher in 2000, DonorsChoose connects educators with a nationwide community of supporters who believe investing in students today will transform tomorrow. Educators request the materials they know their students need, and donors can choose the classroom, community, or cause they want to support. Since our founding, donors have supported 90% of US public schools. Every request is vetted, resources are delivered to classrooms, and donors can see the impact of their support through transparent reporting and updates from students and teachers. Raising $1.9 billion for classrooms, DonorsChoose has earned top ratings from Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and CharityWatch for its transparency, trust, and impact. Our dedicated team works from across the United States to turn resources into opportunities for students and teachers.

About the Marketing Team

The Marketing team helps more people discover, support, and return to DonorsChoose to ensure teachers across the country can access the resources their students need. By connecting donor generosity with teacher needs, Marketing strengthens the DonorsChoose Marketplace and advances the organization’s mission of expanding educational opportunity for students in every community.

Working closely with Product, Development, Analytics, and Executive Leadership, Marketing connects donor needs with organizational priorities to strengthen the DonorsChoose Marketplace and expand opportunities for teachers and classrooms nationwide.

About the Role

The Vice President, Marketplace Growth is responsible for the performance, health, and long-term evolution of the DonorsChoose Marketplace—the ecosystem that connects teachers seeking classroom resources with donors who want to support them. This executive leader defines the organization’s Marketplace growth strategy, bringing together audience insight, product partnership, marketing strategy, and data-informed decision making to strengthen both sides of the Marketplace, deepen donor engagement, and expand equitable access to classroom resources for teachers and students.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as Marketing’s primary strategic partner to Product, shaping Marketplace investment priorities and ensuring product strategy is informed by donor needs, teacher insights, market opportunities, and measurable business outcomes. While Product defines what gets built and how it works, the Vice President, Marketplace Growth defines where the organization should invest to accelerate Marketplace growth and maximize long-term impact.

The Vice President leads an integrated Marketplace Growth organization—including Digital Growth & Marketing, Product Marketing, and Mid-Level Giving—aligning these functions around a shared growth strategy that attracts new donors, deepens engagement, increases donor lifetime value, and strengthens the overall health of the Marketplace.

As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, this role partners closely with leaders across Product, Development, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align priorities, make strategic tradeoff decisions, and ensure Marketplace investments deliver meaningful results for both teachers and donors.

Success in this role requires balancing immediate fundraising opportunities with the long-term health of the Marketplace, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Success is measured not only by Marketplace growth, but by how effectively that growth expands educational opportunity for teachers and students across the country.

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and cross-functional leaders to establish Marketplace investment priorities, annual objectives, and success metrics.
  • Influence enterprise decision-making by aligning Marketplace strategy across Product, Marketing, Development, Finance, Analytics, and Executive Leadership.

  • Develop strategies that increase donor acquisition, engagement, retention, recurring giving, reactivation, upgrades, and lifetime value.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous optimization.
  • Partner with Analytics to establish performance metrics, evaluate results, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Balance immediate fundraising opportunities with long-term health of the Marketplace, strengthening outcomes for both donors and teachers.

Partner with Product & Drive Go-to-Market

  • Ensure new product capabilities create measurable Marketplace value.
  • Serve as Marketing primary strategic partner to Product throughout product planning and roadmap development.
  • Represent the voice of multiple audiences including teachers, donors, partners, vendors when evaluating new product opportunities for the multi-sided marketplace..
  • Identify Marketplace opportunities that influence product investment priorities.
  • Partner with Product to evaluate new capabilities, define success measures, and assess business impact.
  • Ensure new features and enhancements are successfully positioned, launched, adopted, and measured.

Lead the Marketplace Growth Organization

  • Build a high-performing team capable of delivering sustained Marketplace growth.
  • Lead the leaders responsible for Digital Growth & Marketing, Product Marketing, and Mid-Level Giving.

  • Foster a collaborative, data-informed culture that encourages experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Build organizational capability that enables the Marketplace Growth function to scale alongside the organization.

Qualifications

  • Have 10+ years of related work experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, Marketplace strategy, or revenue growth in a high-growth technology company, digital Marketplace, or mission-driven organization.
  • Understand how to grow multi-sided marketplaces by balancing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Have significant experience partnering closely with Product organizations to influence roadmaps, launch new capabilities, and improve customer experiences.

In doing so, we’re pioneering AI Care, a fundamentally new approach to healthcare built for medical reasoning, safety, and real-time treatment, not generic technology applied after the fact. As both a clinical-centric frontier AI lab and an applied AI platform, Sword is reimagining how care is delivered at scale, removing traditional barriers like appointments, waiting rooms, and stigma so more people can access the care they need - and ultimately get back to lives lived in full.

Since 2020, Sword has expanded across Musculoskeletal, Women’s Health, Cardiometabolic, and Mental Health, and is now moving beyond the session to a fully AI-native, 24⁄7 care program that brings physical activity, therapeutic exercise, psychotherapy, nutrition, and behavior change into one connected experience. More than 1 million members across three continents have completed over 15 million AI sessions, helping 2,000+ enterprise clients avoid more than $1 billion in unnecessary healthcare costs. Backed by 59 clinical studies, 43 patents, and more than $500 million raised from leading investors including Khosla Ventures, General Catalyst, and Founders Fund, Sword is defining a new standard for healthcare.

About Thrive

Thrive is Sword Health’s AI musculoskeletal solution — AI Care for pain, delivered at home. It is the product Sword built its business on, and it treats members across common pain areas.

The care model pairs licensed clinicians with AI rather than substituting one for the other. A Doctor of Physical Therapy owns the member’s treatment plan, sets progression, and controls clinical escalation. Alongside them, an AI Care Specialist holds context between sessions and surfaces the signals that warrant a timely intervention. Vision AI captures precise movement data during every session and feeds it into clinical reasoning, and wearable integration tracks patterns between sessions so care can be adjusted before a member escalates to something expensive. Members engage from a smartphone or the Thrive Pad, from anywhere.

The Role

We are hiring the Head of Go-to-Market for Thrive. The role sits at the intersection of product marketing, competitive intelligence, and commercial enablement, and it is one of the three leadership roles on the Thrive team alongside the Head of Product and the Head of Clinical, reporting to the General Manager.

Thrive has the clinical results, the technology, and the scale. This role exists to make sure the market understands that as clearly as our members do. MSK is a category where several offerings look similar on a benefits consultant’s comparison grid and are not remotely similar in practice, and the work is to make the difference obvious, evidenced, and tangible — in the materials, in the buyer’s language, and in the room where the decision gets made.

You will own three things:

1. Make Thrive’s value impossible to miss.

Build the narrative, positioning, and differentiation that make it obvious why Thrive is the right answer for a global workforce. This includes the core messaging architecture, buyer-segment-specific positioning (global benefits leaders, regional HR, health plans and international insurers, benefit consultants), competitive battle cards, ROI frameworks, and the demo and proof materials that move a skeptical buyer.

2. Go and get the market intelligence yourself.

Build the narrative, positioning, and differentiation that make it obvious why Thrive is the right answer. This includes the core messaging architecture, buyer-segment-specific positioning (benefits leaders, health plans, unions and labour funds, consultants and brokers), competitive battle cards, ROI frameworks, and the demo and proof materials that move a rigorous, evidence-driven buyer.

3. Push it back into product and the commercial team.

Intelligence that stays in a document is worthless. You will feed what you learn back into the product roadmap so that we build against real competitive gaps, and into the commercial organisation so that every rep, consultant relations lead, and partner-facing seller can answer the hard comparison questions without escalating. This is influence work, not headcount work — you will not own the sellers, and you will need to change their behaviour anyway.

AI Proficiency at Sword Health

AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword Health. Every candidate is assessed against our three-level framework — be ready to share real examples of how AI is already part of how you work.

  • Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

  • Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team

  • Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Core Thrive positioning, messaging house, and narrative architecture
  • Competitive intelligence across global MSK and workforce wellbeing players — offering, pricing, packaging, channel, and regional strength
  • Buyer-facing materials: one-pagers, ROI frameworks, demo scripts, case studies, RFP content, sales decks
  • Sales and consultant enablement: training, playbooks, objection handling, certification
  • Market opportunity mapping and systematic canvassing across international segments
  • The feedback loop into product on competitive gaps and roadmap implications
  • Message consistency across every geography and channel Thrive sells through

We’d love to see

You are currently at, or recently from, a Head, Director, or VP-level GTM or product marketing role where you owned the full stack: launching products, positioning, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, and market strategy. Comfort sitting between and across cross-functional roles such as b2b marketing and commercial sales, and you have built things in that space that measurably changed how deals were won.

You think in first principles. When you encounter a new product or market, your instinct is to ask “what is the actual problem the buyer has, why does this solution solve it better than alternatives, and what evidence would make a skeptical buyer believe that?” You do not reach for a template.

You are genuinely AI-fluent, not performatively. You have built systematic workflows and loops using AI tools to do market intelligence, opportunity canvassing, and competitive research faster and more precisely than a traditional team could.

You are a strong writer and a clean thinker. The materials you produce are the kind that a benefits leader reads and thinks “this is from a company that understands my problem.”

You are close to the field. You have worked alongside sales reps, sat in on deals, and updated your strategy based on what you heard in live buyer conversations rather than what you assumed from a conference room.

What you need to have

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing and/or GTM, with clear ownership of positioning and competitive strategy — this role needs to land with a senior commercial team from day one

  • Demonstrated ownership of all three: product marketing/positioning, GTM strategy, and sales/field enablement

  • Evidence of working cross-functionally with sales and customer success, not only corporate marketing

  • Evidence of building competitive intelligence from scratch, not inheriting and maintaining it

  • This is an individual contributor role. Any future team growth will be around core GTM, not commercial deployment.

  • US preferred; open to strong candidates globally

Strong Signal Backgrounds

  • Digital health companies with genuinely strong commercial engines — Hinge Health, Spring Health, and comparable

  • High-calibre B2B software or SaaS with strong product and sales motions (examples: Stripe, Ramp, Databricks, Figma, Notion, Rippling, Atlassian, or comparable)

  • Has built competitive displacement narratives that demonstrably changed win rates

  • Has used AI tooling to drive market canvassing and opportunity identification at scale

  • Experience selling into multinational or multi-geography buyers

  • Healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits experience is a plus, not a requirement — market knowledge can be taught if the craft is there

We Are Not Looking For

  • Demand gen or growth marketing profiles without product marketing depth
  • Sales leaders without clear product marketing and enablement ownership
  • Brand, customer marketing, or communications leaders without GTM ownership
  • Candidates whose relevant GTM experience is historical rather than current
  • Candidates from a weak commercial engine, however strong the domain knowledge — the trade-off is not worth it

The Senior Director owns the integrated marketing calendar, leads a team of experienced marketers, and partners closely with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, and People to translate company goals into integrated plans. The work spans long-range brand and customer strategy through to weekly performance optimization, and the role is expected to operate fluently across both.

This role is ideal for a leader who has built and run a full-stack marketing organization at a premium consumer, retail, or omnichannel brand, and who treats marketing as a connected system rather than a set of channel silos. The right candidate has strong commercial instincts, makes decisions with the discipline of an operator and the judgment of a brand steward, and is energized by environments where strategy and execution sit in the same week.

Salary Range: $200,000–$230,000 + equity

Location: HQ (New York, NY) — Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing & Customer Growth

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and calendar across brand, retail, digital, and lifecycle, aligned to product launches, studio openings, and seasonal moments.
  • Drive customer acquisition efficiency and grow the active customer base, connecting marketing investment to revenue outcomes.
  • Define annual and quarterly marketing priorities, goals, and measurement frameworks in partnership with the CEO and leadership team.
  • Lead marketing inputs into company planning, OKRs, and business reviews, ensuring every plan is tied to a commercial outcome.

Retail & Studio Marketing

  • Drive studio traffic, appointment conversion, and customer return across the Studs footprint.
  • Build the new studio opening playbook, ensuring local marketing investment translates into measurable ramp performance.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and Merchandising to align launches, promotions, and seasonal moments with in-studio execution.

Lifecycle, Retention & E-commerce

  • Improve customer retention and LTV through segmentation, lifecycle programs, and re-engagement strategy.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to e-commerce performance, including site experience, lifecycle programs, and list growth.
  • Guide strategy and execution across paid media, SEO, email and SMS, influencer, content, organic social, and site merchandising.

Team, Brand & Creative Stewardship

  • Lead and develop a team of senior marketers across brand, retail, digital, and lifecycle disciplines.
  • Set the operating rhythm for the marketing organization, including planning cycles, performance reviews, and reporting.
  • Maintain consistency of voice, positioning, and creative standards across every consumer touchpoint, from paid media to the in-studio experience.
  • Manage internal and external creative resources and agency partners, ensuring strong output and clear accountability.

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Own the full marketing budget and forecasting in partnership with Finance and E-commerce, including reforecasting against actuals.
  • Build the measurement, attribution, and reporting discipline needed to make confident channel-mix decisions and shift spend as the business evolves.
  • Report performance, learnings, and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team on a recurring cadence.

Tools We Use:

We don’t expect candidates to know every tool, but familiarity with similar platforms is a plus.

  • CRM and Email/SMS: Klaviyo.
  • E-commerce: Shopify.
  • Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Looker.
  • Creative and Workflow: Figma, Notion, Asana.
  • CX and Engagement: Zendesk, Loop Returns, Yext, Delighted.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in high-growth premium consumer, retail, or omnichannel environments.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management of senior-level reports.
  • Proven track record building and running integrated marketing strategies that connect brand, retail, digital, and lifecycle into one coherent engine.
  • Deep experience leading multi-channel execution: paid media, organic social, influencer, email and SMS, retail marketing, and site merchandising.
  • Strong command of digital performance and attribution, with the judgment to adjust channel mix based on ROI and stage of business.
  • Demonstrated experience leading lifecycle and retention programs, including segmentation, re-engagement, and list growth.
  • Experience managing creative development across in-house teams and external agency partners.

Exec Posted 17 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Fairmarkit is the #1 autonomous sourcing platform revolutionizing the way all organizations buy & sell. Fairmarkit equips procurement teams with automation, AI, and GenAI so they can source more competitively at scale. Our solutions for tail spend and strategic sourcing help innovative procurement teams reduce cycle times, drive out costs, meet ESG/Diversity targets, and provide a better stakeholder experience to internal partners and suppliers. Fairmarkit has been recognized with awards by organizations such as Gartner and IDC, and is backed by strategic investors like Notable Capital, Insight Partners, 1984.VC, and Newfund.

About Fairmarkit

Fairmarkit is looking for a hands-on, full-stack marketing leader to help us revolutionize the way organizations buy and sell. The world’s largest companies use Fairmarkit’s agentic workforce to source more events, engage more suppliers, close cycles faster, and deliver more savings without adding headcount. The outcomes speak for themselves. Your job is to own the narrative and amplify it.

About the role

This is a builder’s seat. You’ll lead a lean team of exceptional marketers while staying deeply connected to the work, because we believe great marketing organizations are built through leverage, not layers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll set the strategy, coach the team, and jump into execution when it matters.

What You’ll Do

Own the strategy and the operating model

  • Coach a team of exceptional marketers and build the marketing operating system to continuously raise the bar for quality, accountability, and impact.
  • Establish clear priorities, success metrics, and operating rhythms that keep the team focused on the highest-leverage work.
  • Deploy budget with discipline, tying every dollar back to pipeline, revenue, and measurable outcomes.

Drive pipeline

  • Own marketing’s contribution to qualified pipeline, ensuring we’re testing and scaling what works across paid digital, organic, field, event, and OOH channels.
  • Build account-based programs that reach enterprise procurement, finance, and IT buyers across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure we’re ahead of the curve in modern GTM engineering and the shifting landscape of how buyers research solutions (GEO/AIO).

Make Sales sharper every quarter

  • Become an expert in our platform, our customers, and our competitive landscape. Stay close to the customer by joining key QBRs and sales calls.
  • Continuously sharpen positioning, messaging, and differentiation that lands with our ICP.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to diagnose funnel performance, find conversion gaps, and launch measurable experiments that move the numbers.
  • Partner with Product to bring new agentic capabilities to market, ensuring every launch is clear, differentiated, and impossible to ignore.

Build a brand the market can’t miss

  • Shape the company’s voice while making our customers the heroes of every story we tell.
  • Inspire the team to develop creative campaigns that stand out, differentiate our brand, and drive engagement.
  • Regularly meet with our PR agency, industry analysts and media, delivering quality briefings with a high level of preparation and collecting intel.

Stay in the work

  • Build AI systems and workflows that let a small, exceptional team accomplish what traditionally required a much larger organization.
  • Jump into campaigns, messaging, launches, presentations, customer conversations, or funnel analysis whenever the business needs it.
  • Lead from the front; set direction while staying connected to execution.

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS marketing leadership with a track record of leading full-stack teams and owning pipelines. Experience marketing to enterprise buyers is required; procurement, finance, or adjacent enterprise software experience is a plus.
  • Player-coach leadership style. You’re as comfortable defining strategy as you are building a campaign, joining customer meetings, or analyzing the funnel. You lead by doing.
  • Sales enablement as a superpower. You become an expert in your product and your competitors, and you equip Sales with the messaging, content, and tools that improve conversion and win rates.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill  compelling narratives for varied stakeholders.
  • Budget and attribution rigor. You deploy spend with discipline and connect marketing investment directly to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
  • An AI-native, leverage-first mindset. You reach for automation and AI by default, and you’re energized by marketing a product that’s redefining how work gets done.

For this role you need to reside in one of the following states: California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), Montana (MT), New Hampshire (NH), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), Texas (TX), Tennessee (TN), or Washington (WA).

The annual compensation for this role is $250,000 - $330,000 (including a bonus), depending on experience and location, plus equity and benefits. This range is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. pay transparency laws. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. #LI-remote

Headquartered in Boston, and backed by a $35.6M Series C co-led by OMERS, Highland, Notable Capital, Insight Partners, and ServiceNow. We are looking for exceptional candidates who want to help grow our company into a global enterprise and make their mark on the B2B tech industry. Come soar to new heights with us!

#LI-remote

Marketing Senior Director, Digital, Marketing Technology, and Data at CompanyCam

Senior director owns MarTech stack architecture, marketing data strategy, paid/owned digital channel strategy, and leads marketing operations and website development teams.

What this role involves

Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

At CompanyCam, the Sr. Director of Digital, Marketing Technology, and Data owns the architecture, administration, and roadmap of our MarTech stack, our marketing data strategy, and the paid and owned digital channel strategy that stack is built to support. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and serving on the Marketing Senior Leadership Team, you’ll build and lead a Marketing Operations team responsible for Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, Webflow, and our ad platform stack, and lead a website development team with real engineers and engineering process.

This is a hands-on technical leader, not a generalist who manages people who understand the tools better than they do. You should be equally comfortable evaluating an integration decision, setting channel mix strategy, and translating marketing data into recommendations for the SLT.

Location: Remote - Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the MarTech roadmap and architecture across Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, Webflow, and the ad platform stack, defining how systems integrate and how data flows end to end
  • Build and lead a Marketing Operations team that administers and governs the MarTech stack, and co-owns Webflow with the Web/Brand team
  • Own the integrated paid and owned digital channel strategy, setting channel mix, investment priorities, and performance targets
  • Own CompanyCam’s marketing data strategy, including the data model and data integrity across Marketing’s systems
  • Lead the marketing website development team, owning the engineering roadmap, sprint process, and release/QA process for the marketing site
  • Lead and develop the Director of Growth Operations, Sr. Marketing Optimization Manager, Marketing Operations team, and website development team
  • Serve as the Digital, Marketing Technology, and Data voice on the Marketing Senior Leadership Team

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you’re writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We’re building something that helps real people solve real problems, and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Building a MarTech architecture and marketing data strategy that scales with the business instead of constraining it
  • Leading a real engineering function for the marketing website, raising code quality and release discipline
  • Setting a digital channel strategy that connects investment directly to pipeline and acquisition outcomes
  • Giving the Marketing SLT a technical and data-driven voice they can act on
  • Developing directors and senior managers into stronger, more autonomous leaders

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing operations leadership, including 5+ years directly owning a MarTech stack and leading technical or operations teams in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology
  • Proven, hands-on ownership of core MarTech platforms: Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, and Webflow, including administration, architecture, and integration decisions
  • Experience leading a website development function, including engineering process and technical site architecture, not just content or design oversight
  • Deep understanding of marketing data architecture: data models, integrations, APIs, and ETL/automation tools like Workato, Tray.io, Hightouch, or Zapier
  • Demonstrated expertise developing integrated digital channel strategies across paid and owned channels
  • Proven ability to partner with analytics and data engineering teams on measurement frameworks and attribution models
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships for paid media and web development
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing team operating models, including in-house vs. outsourced resourcing

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $195,000-$225,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
