  • Lead, develop, and prioritize the downstream Product Marketing team, creating a clear operating model, high standards, and strong cross-functional accountability.

What success looks like:

  • Strong adoption of core go-to-market materials across the revenue organization, contributing to measurable improvement in new-business, renewal, and expansion performance.
  • Reduced time to produce marketing assets through AI-enabled workflows, while maintaining high standards for quality, brand consistency, and factual accuracy.
  • High-quality finalist and executive-level sales materials that strengthen Spring Health’s position in complex enterprise opportunities and contribute to improved win rates.
  • Consistent, on-time delivery of priority go-to-market programs and materials aligned to key revenue milestones.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including significant experience in enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.

  • A proven track record of owning go-to-market strategy and execution across new business, renewals, and expansion.
  • Deep experience partnering with sales, customer success, enablement, growth marketing, communications, and creative teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the judgment to simplify complex ideas for executive and customer audiences.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI and agentic tools to improve marketing workflows, speed, and scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.
  • A proactive, highly organized approach to leading complex programs with many stakeholders and deadlines.

Director of Marketing leads product marketing strategy, positioning, and sales enablement while building and scaling the marketing organization at a healthcare tech company.

Lead Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Chorus Innovations is a fast-growing healthcare technology company with an adaptive platform as a service (PaaS) that enables the rapid development of mobile, desktop, text messaging and interactive voice applications. Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.

About the Role

This is a foundational role for Chorus’s marketing team. We’re looking for a product marketing leader to own positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation as we scale. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and our Behavioral Health Program teams to sharpen how we tell our story and help us win in-market.

This is a leadership role, structured as a player-coach model. You’ll enter as our senior marketing anchor. In this phase that means directly: driving product marketing, refining messaging, and leading sales enablement hands-on, while owning functional team growth, headcount planning, and contractor management.

Over time, you will help stand up specialized marketing sub-functions (e.g. demand generation, paid media, and content operations) and transition into managing the day-to-day marketing organization as it scales.

What You’ll be Doing:

Product Marketing & Strategic Positioning

  • Define and own Chorus’s core messaging, value propositions, and “Why Chorus” positioning across our Target Addressable Market (TAM) and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Partner with the CRO, CEO, VP of Product, and VP of Behavioral Health Programs to prioritize ICPs and align go-to-market strategies.
  • Map out the customer journey across pipeline stages, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including product sheets, ICP-tailored content, pitch assets, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Develop a competitive intelligence function, creating battlecards and ongoing differentiation strategies.

Team Building & Functional Leadership

  • Own the multi-year marketing growth plan, determining hiring priorities and sequence (e.g., demand generation, paid media, content operations).
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new FTE hires as the team expands.
  • Manage existing contractors (paid search, SME content, brand/content) and determine when to convert contract resources to full-time roles.
  • Manage and collaborate with our full-time Marketing Designer.
  • Establish the operating rhythm, process, and cross-functional reporting cadence for the marketing function.
  • Represent marketing in executive leadership discussions regarding resourcing, budget allocation, and strategic direction.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated track record of building positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement collateral in complex domains.
  • Background in behavioral health programs or government-regulated healthcare SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a marketing function within an early-stage, resource-constrained, high-growth environment.
  • Strong, concise writing ability with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset for initial individual contributor execution.
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience in demand generation/ growth marketing to effectively build and oversee that specialization

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

  • Engage with an exciting, fast-growing, and diverse group of coworkers dedicated to improving lives by breaking down technology barriers.
  • Work in a culturally rich environment that values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all employees
  • Full medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits
  • 401K matching
  • Company stock options
  • Unlimited paid vacation
  • Performance bonuses
  • Company support for career and skill development
  • Fun company events and outings
  • Chorus is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion

Compensation Disclosure

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 in the Los Angeles market. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and may include additional components such as performance bonuses, stock options, and benefits.

Chorus Innovations values diversity as a core principle of the work we do and the communities we serve.  We are committed to equal employment opportunity, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religious creed, citizenship, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, sex, sexual orientation, military and veteran status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or any other protected characteristic.

Marketing Senior Manager, Content Marketing Nonprofits at GoFundMe.org

Lead content strategy and editorial direction for nonprofit audience, write flagship pieces, manage and mentor a content team, and align content with product launches and marketing goals.

Lead Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Want to help us help others? We’re hiring!

GoFundMe is the world’s most powerful community for good, dedicated to helping people help each other. By uniting individuals and nonprofits in one place, GoFundMe makes it easy and safe for people to ask for help and support causes—for themselves and each other. Together, our community has raised more than $40 billion since 2010.

Join us! The GoFundMe Pro team is searching for our next Senior Manager, Content Marketing to lead our content team at GoFundMe with a focus on our nonprofit audience. This person will shape our point of view and still find time to write some of our most-read pieces themselves.

Who you are:

You’ve built content teams before. You know what good looks like, you know how to get other writers there, and you’re on top of the cultural zeitgeist ensuring that our content strategy matches what the nonprofit industry is interested in. Original editorial ideas originate with you; AI is then used to accelerate their production and distribution, while the thinking, brand voice, and editorial judgment remain entirely your own.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Calendar

  • Lead nonprofit content strategy across our Global Go To Market organization in collaboration with our Events and Comms teams
  • Develop and maintain a clear editorial POV: what we cover, how we cover it, what we never touch, and why.
  • Keep a pulse on cultural and industry moments and move quickly to insert our voice into the conversations that matter, while steering clear of the ones that don’t.
  • Align content strategy with product launches, campaign priorities, and broader marketing goals.
  • Own the content calendar end-to-end, balancing thought leadership that builds brand and authority with pieces that credibly connect to pipeline — and tracking performance to both.

Writing & Editorial Leadership

  • Write and edit some of our highest-visibility content yourself — flagship pieces, cornerstone articles, and anything where our point of view needs to land with authority.
  • Set the editorial bar for the team when reviewing and elevating work across the team.

Team Building & Mentorship

  • Lead and grow a team of writers, providing structure, creative direction, and mentorship.
  • Build the processes and infrastructure that allow a content team to move fast without sacrificing quality: briefing templates, editorial workflows, review cycles, and contributor relationships.

Performance & Iteration

  • Track content performance across the metrics that matter — organic traffic, engagement, pipeline influence, and audience growth — and use what you find to refine our content strategy.
  • Know when a piece underperformed because of distribution and when it underperformed because of quality, and act accordingly.
  • Bring a point of view to channel strategy: where we publish, how we repurpose, and where we’re leaving reach on the table.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B content experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior editorial role.
  • A portfolio that covers thought leadership, long-form, and pieces with a clear, distinctive voice.
  • Proven experience building or significantly scaling a content function.
  • Procolivity for data and an opinion on whether or not we should use words like that.
  • Strong editorial instincts and the ability to give feedback that’s direct, specific, and actionable.
  • Comfort with performance analysis and a track record of using it to inform editorial decisions.
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals, content distribution, and pipeline-connected content strategy in a SaaS environment.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Make an Impact: Be part of a mission-driven organization making a positive difference in millions of lives every year.
  • Innovative Environment: Work with a diverse, passionate, and talented team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking atmosphere.
  • Collaborative Team: Join a fun and collaborative team that works hard and celebrates success together.
  • Competitive Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
  • Holistic Support: Enjoy financial assistance for things like hybrid work, family planning, along with generous parental leave, flexible time-off policies, and mental health and wellness resources to support your overall well-being.
  • Growth Opportunities: Participate in learning, development, and recognition programs to help you thrive and grow.
  • Commitment to DEI: Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing initiatives and employee resource groups.
  • Community Engagement: Make a difference through our volunteering program.

We live by our core values: impatient to be great, find a way, earn trust every day, fueled by purpose. Be a part of something bigger with us!

Join us! The GoFundMe Pro team is searching for our next Lead Customer Marketing Manager to sit within our Demand Generation team and serve as the bridge between Product Marketing (PMM) and Customer Experience (CX). This role is focused on equipping account managers, driving review generation, and ensuring customers receive clear, timely communication.

You’ll be a program builder and cross-functional operator who keeps the customer-facing engine running smoothly between product, marketing, and the teams that own customer relationships day to day.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Release Communications

  • Own email communications to existing customers, including feature announcements, release notes, product updates — developed in close partnership with PMM.
  • Translate product-led messaging into clear, benefit-forward language appropriate for customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Maintain a communication calendar aligned to product releases, launches, and key moments in the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure customers are never caught off guard by product changes; you’re the person who makes sure the right message gets to the right customer at the right time.

Account Manager Enablement

  • Build and maintain a library of Gong call templates, talk tracks, and conversation guides that help account managers navigate renewals, upsells, objection handling, and business reviews.
  • Develop QBR and EBR templates in collaboration with CX leadership that help account teams tell a consistent value story.
  • Create one-pagers, email templates, and other customer-facing collateral that AMs can pull from at key moments in the account lifecycle.
  • Partner with CX and Sales leadership to identify gaps in AM tooling and close them.

Review Generation Programs

  • Own the strategy and execution of review generation across platforms like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot — including outreach cadences, timing logic, and incentive structures.
  • Work with CX to identify the right customers for review asks and build repeatable workflows.
  • Monitor review volume, ratings, and response trends; report on program performance and iterate accordingly.

PMM–CX Bridge

  • Act as the connective tissue between PMM and CX, ensuring product positioning is reflected accurately in customer communications while staying grounded in what account teams actually hear from customers.
  • Participate in launch planning to represent the customer communications workstream.
  • Surface insights from account manager conversations and CX data that help PMM sharpen messaging and prioritization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with meaningful time in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely adjacent function.
  • Proven track record running review programs and building AM-facing enablement materials.
  • Exceptional writer who can translate product complexity into clear, concise customer communication.
  • Strong cross-functional operator; you know how to work across PMM, CX, and Sales.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot, G2, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Translate platform capabilities into clear, industry-specific use cases that resonate with distinct personas.
  • Build durable solution packaging that sellers can reuse across accounts and verticals.
  • Elevate proof points from real deployments into compelling narratives that build credibility in high-trust markets.

Product Launches and Market Activation

  • Own the messaging and enablement strategy for major product releases and updates.
  • Partner cross-functionally to coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Growth, and Customer teams.
  • Ensure launches are more than announcements, equipping the field with clear positioning, talk tracks, competitive framing, and supporting materials.
  • Define and evolve cohesive demo narratives that connect capabilities across modules into outcome-driven stories aligned to target industries and buyer personas.
  • Support key events and executive engagements with product-centric narratives and materials that reinforce Legion’s differentiation.

Competitive Strategy and Sales Arming

  • Own Legion’s competitive narrative and clearly define where and why we win.
  • Develop structured differentiation frameworks that translate into real tools for sellers: competitive briefs, objection handling, and positioning guidance.
  • Analyze win/loss patterns and market signals to refine messaging and inform leadership-level positioning decisions.

Technical Storytelling and System-Level Clarity

  • Develop a deep understanding of Legion’s architecture, deployment models, and roadmap direction.
  • Translate complex technical systems into narratives that are credible to technical buyers and compelling to executives.
  • Shape how we express system architecture and product capabilities visually, ensuring technical depth is translated into clear, story-driven representations that elevate beyond feature diagrams and communicate real-world impact and differentiation.

Customer and Ecosystem Insight

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to convert real-world deployment outcomes and field learnings into credible proof, sharper vertical narratives, and more decisive competitive positioning in active deals.
  • Support joint messaging and enablement with key partners to strengthen ecosystem alignment in active opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or technical GTM roles within AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, or similarly complex systems.

  • Demonstrated success building positioning and enablement that directly supports enterprise deal cycles.
  • Strong ability to define ICPs and buyer personas and translate them into targeted messaging and field-ready assets.

Senior Director owns performance marketing strategy and execution for a mental health marketplace, driving acquisition growth and scaling the marketing team.

Lead Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our mission: e liminating every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We’re building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

Alma, a Spring Health Company, is on a mission to simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health care. We do this by making it easy and financially rewarding for therapists to accept insurance and offer in-network care. When a provider joins Alma, they gain access to a suite of tools that not only help them better run their business, but also grow it sustainably and develop as a provider. Alma is available in all 50 states, with over 20,000 therapists in our growing network. Anyone looking for a therapist can browse Alma’s free directory. Alma has raised $220.5M in funding from Insight Partners, Optum Ventures, Tusk Venture Partners, Primary Venture Partners, First Round Capital, Sound Ventures, BoxGroup, Cigna Ventures, and Rainfall Ventures. Alma was also named one of Inc’s Best Workplaces in 2022 and 2023.

Candidate Interview Guide

This role exists to build a growth engine. You will own the full performance marketing remit across our marketplace while refreshing the foundational martech, measurement, and creative systems that enable repeatable results. Leading and scaling acquisition through performance and external demand channels. You will be critical to helping Alma realize the vision of simplifying access to high-quality, affordable mental health care.

Reporting to the CPO, you will set and drive strategy, invest in growing the team, and drive measurable acquisition growth across our marketplace in a regulated environment. You will partner across Analytics, Product, cross-functional Marketing teams, Creative, and Finance to drive outcomes without channel cannibalization — and serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on paid growth strategy and investment decisions. This is a high-impact role for a growth operator with deep performance marketing experience.

What you’ll do:

  • High-Scale Paid Acquisition
  • Scale the Engine: Own and expand the paid acquisition engine across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, OLV/OTT, and affiliate channels, managing a significant annual marketing investment to drive incremental provider and client acquisition.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a paid marketing roadmap with clear targets, KPIs, and ROI accountability.
  • Channel Innovation: Identify and unlock new platforms and tactics to ensure scalable, efficient growth beyond paid media, including partnerships, affiliate, and additional external demand sources.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to accelerate testing velocity across message, audience, and assets.
  • Finance Partnership: Serve as the primary partner with Finance on growth planning, ensuring that acquisition targets, budgets, and payback are all aligned.
  • Marketplace & Lifecycle Integration
  • Marketplace Dynamics: Align patient and provider growth strategies to prevent channel cannibalization and unlock network effects.
  • Full Funnel Lifecycle: Oversee lifecycle channels across the full customer journey, ensuring the right message reaches patients and providers at the right time.
  • Product Synergy: Partner with Product and Engineering to build surfaces that optimize for conversion quality, not just top-of-funnel spend.
  • Martech, Measurement & Privacy
  • Infrastructure: Lead “build-vs-buy” decisions for martech and channel plumbing.
  • Advanced Attribution: Own the measurement framework, including incrementality testing, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Establish measurement frameworks that operate strictly within HIPAA and federal/state data privacy constraints.
  • Cross-Functional & Team Leadership
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing, technical team across paid and organic
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on growth strategy, investment decisions, and marketplace dynamics

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing leadership, with a track record of scaling acquisition programs at significant spend levels, with experience hiring and leading growth marketing teams of 10+
  • Experience deploying AI-forward or AI-native marketing strategies and tooling
  • You’re a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience running structured experiments, A/B tests, and using insights to optimize campaigns and build repeatable playbooks
  • Familiarity with consumer growth dynamics
  • Experience leading a full-funnel strategy and exceeding goals
  • Strong martech and attribution expertise, including build-vs-buy decisions, incrementality testing, MMM, and privacy-preserving measurement approaches
  • Clear, direct communicator who can translate complex performance marketing topics for executives, boards, and non-expert stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Track record operating in a regulated environment (healthcare, fintech, insurance, or similar) with working knowledge of HIPAA and evolving data privacy standards
  • Product-led growth experience
  • Familiarity with two-sided marketplace
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Product as one team with shared outcomes
  • Background scaling affiliate and partner marketing programs in consumer categories

The target base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $234,500

Benefits:

  • We’re a remote-first company
  • Health insurance plans through Aetna (medical and dental) and MetLife (vision), including FSA and HSA plans
  • 401K plan (ADP)
  • Lifestyle Spending Account for health, wellness, and family care
  • Monthly co-working space membership stipend
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
  • Financial wellness benefits through Northstar
  • Pet discount program through United Pet Care
  • Financial perks and rewards through PerkSpot
  • EAP access through Aetna
  • One-time home office stipend to set up your home office
  • Inclusive family and medical leave plans
  • 12 paid holidays and 1 Alma Give Back Day
  • Flexible PTO

Marketing Director, Paid Social (Reddit Emphasis) at Siege Media

Director builds and leads a new paid social practice, managing Reddit ads strategy and execution for agency clients while scaling the team.

Lead Remote Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Siege Media is a full-service GEO agency specializing in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and affiliate marketing as a method of driving LLM visibility. We work with brands like Zapier, Asana, HP, PayPal, and Zoom. We’re adding paid social to our service mix, with an emphasis in Reddit advertising to drive LLM influence for our clients. You’d own the channel.

Perks for U.S. employees include 100% health, dental, and vision benefits, unlimited PTO, and remote-friendly work environments (with a preference for Austin or a willingness to travel for periodic team gatherings).

Siege Media values diversity. We encourage people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, veterans, parents and those with disabilities to apply. We are committed to helping all people succeed at Siege. If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.

The Role

This is a wedge hire. You’re not joining an established paid social team — you’re building one. On day one you own Reddit ads as a new client service line and run Siege’s own paid social and retargeting. As Reddit ads books revenue, you’ll hire and lead a team underneath you.

This is a senior, client-facing role. You’ll pitch on sales calls, strategize campaigns, get hands-on in the platforms early in the lifespan of the service offering, and write the reports clients actually read. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. If you want to build a practice from scratch with the runway and brand of an established agency behind you, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Reddit Ads (Primary): Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Siege clients. Build the playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence from zero.

  • Siege’s Paid Social: Retarget engaged leads and run Meta/LinkedIn campaigns that feed our own sales pipeline.

  • Sales Support: Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team.

  • Team Building: Hire your first associate when Reddit ads revenue justifies it, then train and manage them to Siege’s senior-led standard. Own and execute directly until then.

  • Service Infrastructure: Develop the templates, QA processes, attribution approach, and reporting standards that turn paid social into a repeatable, sellable service line.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment — ideally a mix of Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta

  • Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences) and a point of view on who the platform is and isn’t a fit for

  • Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech. You know the difference between optimizing for clicks and optimizing for pipeline

  • Demonstrated client-facing comfort — you can walk a VP of Marketing through a quarterly review without flinching

  • Strong written communication. Clients see your work directly; we don’t have account managers translating between you and them

  • “Builder energy” and a genuine excitement about helping build and scale a service line from scratch. You can execute and advise on campaigns to keep the department profitable early on

Suggested Skills

  • Experience with ChatGPT ads

  • Prior experience building or scaling a paid social practice inside an agency environment

  • Familiarity with B2B attribution headaches (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution)

  • An active client network in paid social within our client base

Compensation & Logistics

  • Salary: $115,000.00–$130,000.00 USD base | $135,000.00–$155,000.00 USD OTE

  • Benefits: Full benefits for employees, including 100% health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching and unlimited PTO

  • Location: Remote-friendly, with a willingness to travel for periodic team gatherings

This is a high-impact role for a growth operator with deep performance marketing experience.

What you’ll do:

Benefits:
