If you’re unable to meet these requirements, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.

Full-time • Remote

At Boldin, we believe financial confidence should be accessible to everyone. Money decisions shape our lives, yet too often people are left without the clarity or tools they need to make informed choices. We exist to change that.

Boldin is a comprehensive financial planning platform that helps people understand their financial picture, make smarter decisions with their money and time, and plan for the future with confidence.

With over $20M raised and strong momentum, Boldin is entering a pivotal phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team and help shape the future.

About the Role

Boldin is not just a financial planning platform — it’s a movement. Social is where that movement becomes visible, shareable, and contagious.

The Senior Social Media Strategist is responsible for turning Boldin into a daily, high-value presence in people’s lives — creating content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives meaningful engagement across platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, data, and distribution. You will own and grow Boldin’s presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn — with a mandate to double followers, create viral moments, and materially increase engagement and reach.

You will collaborate closely with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing to ensure Boldin shows up consistently, intelligently, and memorably across every channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow Boldin’s social presence

  • Manage and execute posting across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth priorities
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels

Create high-performing, shareable content

  • Write and produce posts that educate, inspire, and spark conversation
  • Translate financial concepts into clear, compelling, culturally relevant content
  • Identify and execute on trends, formats, and narratives that drive virality
  • Partner with video and design to create engaging short-form and long-form content

Drive engagement and community

  • Actively manage comments, conversations, and community interactions
  • Build a sense of participation, not just broadcasting
  • Develop repeatable formats that encourage sharing, saving, and discussion

Optimize for growth and performance

  • Track and improve key metrics: follower growth, engagement rates, reach, shares, saves
  • Test and iterate on formats, hooks, timing, and messaging
  • Identify platform-specific strategies to maximize performance

Collaborate across teams

  • Work with Content Lead to translate editorial into social-native formats
  • Partner with Video Lead on YouTube and short-form video strategy
  • Coordinate with PR and Brand on campaigns, launches, and narratives
  • Align with Paid Marketing on amplification and testing
  • Support company leadership, amplifying thought leadership

Success reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on traffic and funnel performance for social channels

KPIS + Targets

  • At least 2-3x growth in followers across all major platforms by year end
  • 3x++ increases in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Increased social-driven traffic and brand awareness
  • Creation of repeatable, high-performing content formats
  • Measurable contribution to overall brand and earned traffic growth

Qualifications:

You are a storyteller, strategist, and operator — someone who understands how ideas spread and how to turn content into momentum.

You likely:

  • Deeply understand how social platforms work — not just posting, but distribution dynamics
  • Have strong instincts for what makes content resonate, spread, and convert
  • Are obsessed with clarity — especially when explaining complex topics simply
  • Care about helping people improve their lives, not just capturing attention
  • Think in narratives, not just posts
  • Balance creativity with performance data
  • Are culturally aware and tuned into trends without being gimmicky

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts with measurable results
  • Experience creating or directing high-performing content across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability
  • Experience working with video content (short-form and/or YouTube)
  • Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of personal finance, retirement planning, or willingness to rapidly build expertise
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and impact. You must be comfortable working closely with leadership while maintaining strong ownership over your craft.

$110,000 - $125,000/month DOE

We want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process. If you don’t have 100% of what we’re looking for, but feel like you’re pretty close to growing into the role — please still apply. If a candidate has only 80% of the skills but a fantastic attitude and perspective, they might be the perfect fit.

Boldin values the unique perspectives and contributions of all individuals and we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive culture. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including and not limited to people of any race, ethnicity, or national origin, individuals with differing abilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, gender minorities, women and people from underrepresented communities. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with differing abilities throughout the recruitment process. Marketing Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Field Nation

Owns marketing technology stack, data architecture, and analytics infrastructure while driving strategic decisions on platform modernization and revenue optimization.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are: Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.

Why is this role important to Field Nation? As Field Nation modernizes its demand engine for ABM and AI, the person in this seat owns the marketing platforms and technology that the rest of the team operates on and the data and analysis that tells leadership whether the model is working. This role is a key strategic partner to Marketing and RevOps, collaborating closely on shared systems, data governance, and revenue process optimization to drive business outcomes. This is a driver role, not an operator role. We need someone who walks in on Monday with three things already underway, who finds the red before anyone else does, and who can pull a clear answer out of a messy data set without being asked twice.

What you’ll get to do:

Drive the marketing technology ecosystem forward

  • Own and architect the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, 6sense, ChiliPiper, and AI platforms.

  • Lead the tech roadmap. Bring proposals and recommendations forward proactively—identify where the stack is weak, where capability gaps will limit growth, and where to invest next.

  • Co-own the Marketing tech stack integration with Salesforce in partnership with RevOps Leadership, ensuring architecture protects data integrity and drives efficiency and productivity.

Drive data-backed decisions

  • Build and maintain the dashboards, reports, and analytics infrastructure the team runs on. Anticipate what leadership needs and have it ready.

  • Surface issues early: data anomalies, performance regressions, system risks, conversion drops, attribution breaks. Recommend proposed solutions.

  • Run independent analyses to inform major decisions: campaign performance reviews, ABX play ROI, inbound quality vs. baseline, segment-level conversion patterns. Be the analytical conscience of the team.

Own the marketing data architecture

  • Marketing database management, audience segmentation, list governance, data hygiene, enrichment strategy.

  • Partner with RevOps team on marketing-to-sales handoff processes, lead management, and shared funnel metrics.

  • Compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations; opt-in strategy and data privacy controls.

Strategic partnership

  • Strategic partner to the Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing on platform roadmap, budget, capability investments, and overall team and program performance.

  • Peer partner to the marketing managers on platform-dependent program design and shared system surface area.

  • Strategic partner to RevOps leadership on shared Salesforce governance, data hygiene, and cross-functional processes. Meet regularly with RevOps leadership to align priorities, drive business outcomes, and optimize the revenue engine.

Enable the team

  • Coach and enable marketing ICs on platform best practices, tool capabilities, and process discipline.

  • Establish governance frameworks that scale with the org.

  • Lead documentation, training, and adherence to platform standards.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of marketing operations experience, with 3+ years at senior IC or manager level in a B2B SaaS or services company. Demonstrated breadth and depth.

  • Deep hands-on experience with an ABX/intent platform at production scale. 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or equivalent. You’ve been there, done that: configured the platform, activated intent signals, built and tuned account scoring, and orchestrated plays. Exposure or surface-level familiarity is not enough.

  • HubSpot (or equivalent MAP) administration and architecture experience. You’ve built, broken, and rebuilt the MAP stack at scale.

  • Salesforce fluency. You can navigate Salesforce, build reports, debug integrations, and partner productively with RevOps.

  • AI/agent tool experience in production: AgentForce, 6sense AI email agents, conversational AI, or comparable AI-driven marketing tools. Bonus if you’ve led an AI tool rollout from evaluation through production.

  • Strong analytics rigor. You can pull a clean data set, run an analysis, and present a defensible conclusion without a BI team holding your hand. SQL proficiency or strong reporting tool fluency is required.

  • Demonstrated track record of proactive problem-solving. Specific examples of surfacing issues before they became crises, driving cross-functional decisions with data, or leading platform investments that paid off.

  • Excellent communication. You can document architecture, write a clear executive summary of an analysis, and train others.

  • Experience leading platform consolidation, MAP migration, or significant stack rationalization.

  • Coaching or formal management experience.

  • Two-sided marketplace, services-marketplace, or field-service business experience.

  • AI / automation implementation in marketing operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Working days: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (3 Work from Home + 2 mandatory Work from Office days)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two markets. This is an individual contributor role — you build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself.

The focus is lead generation: qualified enquiries from small business owners in India and the US, with separate strategies, budgets, and targets for each market.

•Recommend landing page and conversion improvements based on campaign data.

Marketing Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Hybrid @ Bellevue, WA) at OfferUp

Senior manager drives consumer lifecycle and engagement marketing campaigns using data, AI tools, and experimentation while overseeing a product marketing team.

Senior Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About OfferUp

OfferUp believes all value starts local. Our marketplace makes it easier for people and businesses to find more of what they need, right where they are - from great deals and secondhand finds to local services, rentals, jobs, and new customers.

We’re building the next chapter of OfferUp, and Consumer Marketing has an important job to do: create future supply and demand, capture existing demand efficiently, reactivate people who already know us, and connect our investment to our strongest local marketplaces.

The role

This role sits in our product org, reporting to our Senior Director of Product, and is a unique hybrid of hands-on individual contributor (IC) work and people management. You will directly oversee our product marketing team while also rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and conduct data analysis to drive key business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone seasoned in consumer lifecycle and engagement marketing and traditional go-to-market motions, whose instincts skew toward growth marketing in a fast-paced environment: spotting supply and demand opportunities, moving quickly while the window is open, and measuring real business outcomes.

You’ll work directly with data and AI tooling and will be hands-on with LLM agents, and self-serve experimentation. The sweet spot is a marketer with foundational marketing expertise in storytelling, positioning, and messaging frameworks, combined with a growth operator’s mindset and speed.

What you’ll do

  • Turn marketplace supply and demand signals into marketing action: own the loop from identifying to executing campaigns quickly and in a scalable way.
  • Drive consumer lifecycle and engagement marketing across push, email, and in-app channels: activation, engagement, and reactivation for both buyers and sellers.
  • Work both sides of the marketplace: grow supply where demand is outpacing it, and demand where supply runs deep.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and a rolling demand calendar with engineering and Data Science, so recurring opportunities launch fast and get smarter every cycle.
  • Design and read your own experiments (we use Statsig), and measure impact in marketplace outcomes.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and launch go-to-market for the product surfaces and marketplace moments you touch.
  • Brief and enable creative, lifecycle, paid, and comms partners with insight-led messaging that scales from national beats to local markets.
  • Use AI tooling and working SQL to self-serve analysis, compress campaign operations, and multiply your own output.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years spanning product marketing, lifecycle/engagement marketing, or growth marketing in consumer tech—marketplaces or e-commerce strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Depth in consumer lifecycle and engagement marketing: you’ve owned push, email, and in-app programs and can show the engagement and retention outcomes.
  • Traditional GTM craft with a portfolio to prove it: positioning, messaging frameworks, and launches led end-to-end.
  • A growth marketer’s bias in a fast-paced environment: comfort with short cycles, event- and trend-driven opportunity, and incrementality as the bar.
  • Working SQL and comfort in a modern data warehouse (BigQuery preferred). You validate numbers yourself.
  • Hands-on AI fluency: you use LLM tools in real workflows today, with good judgment about where they need human review.
  • Experimentation literacy: you’ve designed and read A/B and geo-based tests and understand holdouts.
  • Excellent, fast writing that holds up at every altitude, and clear communication that surfaces risks early.
  • A low-ego, high-ownership approach. You care more about catching the window than protecting the plan.
  • Ability to cultivate talent, provide clear professional development, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
  • Track record of leading through influence, aligning cross-functional partners, and navigating complex organizational structures to deliver shared business goals.

Extra credit

  • Local or hyperlocal marketplace experience where market-level (DMA) thinking is second nature.
  • Experience marketing around weather, live events, or release calendars: retail, ticketing, travel, resale, or CPG demand planning.
  • Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle platforms (Braze, Iterable, or similar) and geo-based or matched-market measurement.
  • Prompt-engineering or light scripting skills, or experience partnering with data science on forecasting.

What success looks like

  • High-confidence demand signals get actioned quickly—or explicitly no-go’d with rationale. Windows stop passing us by.
  • Campaigns show measurable incremental transactions, GMV, and listings versus control markets, on both sides of the marketplace.
  • Lifecycle and engagement programs demonstrably lift activation, engagement, and reactivation.
  • The demand calendar calls opportunities before they peak, and its hit rate improves each quarter.
  • The playbooks and AI workflows you build make the whole marketing team faster—not just your own campaigns.

Why OfferUp

This is an opportunity to build a marketing motion most companies can’t run yet: AI-detected demand, activated with local precision, measured in real marketplace outcomes.

You’ll inherit live demand intelligence, established channels, and real scale.

Compensation: $210,000 - $230,000

OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.

In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy and, in general, full-time exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year.  Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if they start a date other than January 1). Your recruiter can share more details about specific benefits during the interview process.

Marketing Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Hybrid @ Bellevue, WA) at OfferUp

Senior marketer leads product marketing team and executes consumer lifecycle campaigns using data, AI tools, and experimentation to drive marketplace growth and engagement.

Marketing Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Field Nation

Senior leader who owns marketing technology stack, data architecture, and analytics infrastructure while driving strategic decisions through data-backed insights and cross-functional partnerships.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

  • Working hours:  1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Office Location:

  • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

Marketing Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions Marketing at Deepgram

Develops solutions marketing narratives, sales decks, and proof points that translate Deepgram's voice AI platform into enterprise customer outcomes and buyer value.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions Marketing at Deepgram, you will be our first dedicated solutions marketer. Enterprises don’t buy speech models, they buy outcomes: patient intake that never misses a medication name, drive-thrus that get the order right, federal deployments that run air-gapped. You’ll translate our platform into the solution narratives, first-call decks, and proof that make those outcomes obvious to buyers, and you’ll build the systems that produce them repeatably, not one asset at a time.

This role sits within Product Marketing, reports to the Senior Manager of Partner, Customer, and Solutions Marketing, and works most closely with marketing and sales. You’ll also partner with Applied Engineering and DevRel on demos, Demand Gen on vertical campaigns, and Partner and Customer Marketing on proof and distribution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the solutions bill of materials end-to-end: for each priority use case and vertical, build and maintain the narrative, first-call deck, solution brief, hero demo script, battlecard, proof points, and web copy, refreshed quarterly. If sellers are not using it, it does not count.

  • Build use-case-first messaging with vertical multipliers: anchor on what buyers deploy (voice agents for support, clinical documentation, ordering, intake) and layer verticals on top (healthcare and pharma, federal and public sector, financial services, CX and restaurants)

  • Lead the solutions layer of every major launch: own the “what this unlocks for your industry” story, including named accuracy metrics that set the category’s measuring stick

  • Be the voice of the market: mine sales calls, win-loss, and usage patterns for messaging evidence; sit in prospect calls; turn deployments into segment proof points with Customer Marketing

  • Feed demand gen and the field: hand campaign-ready narratives and landing-page messaging to Demand Gen, package enablement with GTM Enablement, and route solutions content through co-marketing with Partner Marketing.

  • Own competitive positioning by segment against AI-native voice platforms, hyperscaler models, and legacy vendors

  • Build the solutions content engine as a repeatable AI-powered system (intake, production, distribution, measurement) and publish the reusable pieces so PMM peers self-serve from what you build

You’ll Love This Role If You

  • Have built solutions, portfolio, or vertical marketing programs before and can show us the work: solution briefs you wrote, first-call decks sellers ran with, plays that moved pipeline

  • Think of solutions marketing as a revenue function, measured in pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity

  • Go deep on technical products: you’ll run our APIs, build simple demos from our docs, and hold your own with Product and Engineering

  • Work AI-first by default: you prototype with AI before you brief, and you build workflows instead of repeating tasks

  • Can write for a CTO and a CX ops leader in the same week without either noticing a template

  • Are excited about voice AI and want to define how a category gets bought

It’s Important To Us That You Have

  • 5–7 years of solutions, product, or portfolio marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least one technical or API-first product; this is a senior role

  • A portfolio of solutions marketing work to present during the interview: solution briefs, first-call decks, battlecards, sales plays. We will ask to see it.

  • Proven use of AI to accelerate workflows, content creation, and program scale; daily AI use is the baseline, building reusable systems with AI is the bar

  • A track record of translating a multi-product portfolio into segment narratives with measurable pipeline or win-rate impact

  • Hands-on enablement experience: content sellers actually used, with the feedback loops to prove it

  • Demand gen partnership fluency: you understand pipeline mechanics and have handed campaign-ready messaging to a demand gen team

  • Excellent writing that survives contact with technical reviewers and enterprise buyers alike

It Would Be Great If You Had

  • Experience in voice AI, conversational AI, CCaaS, or speech technology

  • Background marketing into a regulated vertical (healthcare, federal, financial services)

  • Analyst relations exposure or benchmark/named-metric storytelling experience

  • Public speaking or webinar presenter experience

  • Track record in high-growth startups where you built the function’s systems from scratch

About the Partner Marketing Team

Senior Partner Marketing sits at the intersection of partnerships and demand generation. We turn Mixpanel’s strategic, technology, and channel relationships into awareness, credibility, and pipeline, making sure every partner in the region has a marketing plan and a program behind it.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own co-marketing strategy and execution across Mixpanel’s North America partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, North America, you’ll work closely with Partnerships, NA sales, and the regional marketing team, and you’ll represent the region’s needs to the global partner marketing function. This role owns ambiguous, cross-functional problems: which partners to prioritize, how to localize global programs without losing what makes them work, and how to prove partner marketing’s contribution to pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Set the co-marketing strategy for Mixpanel’s NA partner ecosystem, prioritizing partners and programs based on pipeline potential and sales priorities
  • Plan and lead joint programs webinars, launches, content, and campaigns that drive mutual pipeline with partners
  • Own the partner marketing calendar, aligning it with sales priorities and the broader NA campaign cadence

  • Design and run field and event programs for key partners, including co-hosted events, joint sponsorships, and executive roundtables in target markets
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for NA partners, building the kind of trust that makes them want to build with us again
  • Localize global partner programs and assets for the region, then feed what’s working (and what isn’t) back to the global partner marketing team
  • Own partner marketing reporting define the KPIs that matter, measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and adjust programs based on results

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Experience building co-marketing programs with technology partners and enabling channel or reseller partners in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from idea to measurable pipeline impact
  • The judgment to prioritize which partner relationships and programs are worth the investment, and to make that case to stakeholders
  • Experience operating inside a matrixed, global marketing org — localizing global programs for a region while feeding learnings back to the global team
  • Strong relationship-building instincts with both external partners and internal stakeholders across sales, partnerships, and marketing
  • A data-driven approach to proving impact, with comfort speaking to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Strong writing and content instincts, with experience drafting co-branded, partner-facing assets
  • A collaborative, low-ego operating style — you earn trust through follow-through, not politics
  • Based in or willing to work from our New York City or San Francisco hub

Bonus Points For

  • Experience localizing marketing programs across multiple regions or markets
  • Familiarity with product analytics, developer tools, or technical B2B products
  • Experience mentoring or informally guiding regional partner marketers on programs or best practices
  • Established relationships with technology or channel partners in the product analytics or SaaS space

About the Role

SmartAsset is hiring a Senior Manager of Advisor Marketing to develop and execute the programs that generate demand for the Advisor Marketing Platform. This person will lead advisor-facing positioning, messaging, integrated campaigns, partnerships, webinars and events, content, and channel strategy across priority segments including RIAs, hybrid advisors, and broker-dealers.

The Senior Manager of Advisor Marketing will work as a peer to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager. Together, the two roles will co-own Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) growth. Advisor Marketing will lead the programs, market strategies, messaging, and offers that create demand, while Marketing Operations will lead the systems, data, automation, measurement, and lead-management processes that allow that demand to scale and convert.

This is a hands-on, outcome-accountable role for a marketer who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, turn advisor and sales insights into compelling programs, and continuously improve performance through structured experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own MQL, SAL, and advisor pipeline growth targets with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and leadership, with clear accountability for the marketing programs and market inputs that drive those outcomes.
  • Develop advisor ICPs, personas, and segment strategies across RIAs, hybrid advisors, broker-dealers, and other priority audiences; partner with Marketing Operations to translate those strategies into activated audiences and measurable campaigns.
