Product Director of Product Management, AI at Swiftly

Leads vision, strategy, and execution of an AI product portfolio for retail operations, owns roadmap decisions, and drives customer conversations with enterprise retailers and CPG brands.

Lead Hybrid Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Swiftly is the AI platform purpose-built for retail, serving retailers, wholesalers, and brands. Swiftly’s AI agents unify data, automate workflows, and power the marketing that drives measurable business growth. Swiftly AI is built on the industry’s largest proprietary retail dataset: live transactions, 9 million products, and the closed-loop campaign outcomes of 33,000 stores.

Trusted by leading retailers, wholesalers, and hundreds of iconic brands, Swiftly unifies data across the retail ecosystem to accelerate growth and power the connected, personalized experiences that drive lasting shopper loyalty.

Position Summary:

Swiftly is seeking a Director of Product Management, AI to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Operations AI Stack, a growing portfolio of AI products that solve operational pain across the grocery value chain. Experience with brick-and-mortar retailers, CPG brands, and distributors like UNFI and KeHE is ideal. This role will own the full portfolio of operational tools and lead the team on deciding what to build next.

This is a startup inside a startup. This role will set the AI strategy, drive AI product development with engineering, and lead customer conversations with retailers, distributors, and CPG brands. They will carry the early commercial motion personally and build the playbook that lets it scale.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Customer Success, and works directly with the C-suite, internally and at our customers. This is a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, real comfort in front of executive buyers, and the ability to translate messy, real-world grocery operations into reliable AI products that customers trust.

Candidates must be located in Pacific/Central time zones. Must be willing to travel to office at least once a quarter.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and execute the multi-year roadmap and portfolio strategy for the Operations AI Stack
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI tools, from concept to live customer use
  • Decide what to build, what to cut, and what to sequence, with a clear point of view on where AI creates durable advantage versus where it is table stakes
  • Lead discovery, demos, and strategic conversations with retailers, distributors, and CPG brands at the C-suite and operational level
  • Use customer pain to surface the next product; our wedge products open the door, and discovery tells us what to build next
  • Partner with Engineering to drive AI products that meet a high bar on accuracy, reliability, and trust, where a number that does not reconcile is a lost deal
  • Help drive go-to-market, including pricing, positioning, and the early sales motion
  • Carry deals personally in a founder-led and product-led motion seeded by warm intros and referrals, then build the repeatable playbook
  • Build the cross-sell and expansion logic that connects tools into one portfolio rather than a list of features
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, high-impact AI products
  • Mentor Product Managers as the AI portfolio grows
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Operations
  • Communicate vision, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and credibility
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 9–12+ years in Product Management, with significant experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products, ideally AI or data products
  • Direct experience at seed or Series A stage, operating with ambiguity, limited resources, and high ownership
  • Proven comfort owning the full arc of strategy, build, and customer-facing commercial work
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to hold a strategic conversation with a CEO, COO, or CFO and earn trust quickly
  • Experienced in addressing executive leadership, supporting the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer issues
  • Sharp product judgment and a bias toward shipping
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic priorities
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Work from the office at least once a quarter
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in grocery, retail, or brick-and-mortar SaaS; a major advantage for product sense
  • Familiarity with the grocery value chain: retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and CPG brands, and how money and goods move between them
  • Exposure to deductions, trade promotion, supply chain, or retail finance
  • A developer or technical background; you do not need to write production code, but you should be able to reason about how AI products actually work
  • MBA or equivalent business and technical leadership experience
  • Passion for technology, curiosity to dive deep into Swiftly’s suite of products, and commitment to learning and expanding technical knowledge

$200,000 - $225,000 a year

The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.

Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

What this role involves

We’re transforming the grocery industry

At Instacart, we invite the world to share love through food because we believe everyone should have access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. Where others see a simple need for grocery delivery, we see exciting complexity and endless opportunity to serve the varied needs of our community. We work to deliver an essential service that customers rely on to get their groceries and household goods, while also offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to Instacart Personal Shoppers.

Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table.

Instacart is a Flex First team

There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work.

Overview

Caper is at the forefront of Physical AI, building smart shopping carts that sense and respond to the real world in real time. By bringing intelligence onto the cart, Caper digitizes the entire in-store shopping journey, turning every trip into an interactive, personalized experience from the first item added to checkout. Our plug-and-play technology requires no store renovation or operational overhaul — retailers simply add Caper Carts and instantly upgrade their stores into connected, intelligent shopping environments. Caper is one of the fastest-growing retail automation technology products in the market and is already widely adopted across the industry.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own recommendations and personalization on the Caper Cart. In this role, you will define how the cart decides what to show each shopper, when to show it, and how it adapts to who they are. Every recommendation, moment of inspiration, and ranking decision on the cart screen runs through the systems you will build and refine.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of recommendation systems, machine learning, and a physical shopping experience that unfolds in real time as a customer moves through a store. You will blend ML and data science work with hands-on UX design thinking, partnering closely with Instacart’s discovery and personalization platforms while shaping a first-of-its-kind experience for the Caper customer. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Caper Customer Value and work alongside a tight-knit team of three product managers, with broad cross-functional reach across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Ads, and Operations.

About the Job

  • Set and own the vision for recommendations and personalization on Caper. Caper turns the store itself into a personalization surface, where every item added and every step through the store is a chance to show something useful in the moment. You will drive Engagement as a primary pillar metric — growing customer interactions, building monetizable surfaces, and diversifying the content mix to serve savings, discovery, and health-focused shoppers.
  • Own the system that decides what to show and when. Mature recommendation and item ranking using machine learning, including LLM-based techniques, and use real-time signals — cart location and motion, lists, search, and Instacart personalization data — to deliver content at the moments it is most relevant rather than constant or intrusive.
  • Drive AI-first innovation to expand what Caper shows shoppers. Ship net-new content types with nuanced product information and pairings tailored to each individual, and lead the architecture for capturing real-time, in-session signals that make personalization feel genuinely intelligent.
  • Champion a high-quality, intuitive shopping experience by partnering closely with Design to translate complex personalization logic into interactions that feel simple and natural on the cart screen. Spend time in labs and partner stores to observe real shopper behavior, test features, and iterate quickly based on what you learn.
  • Run a fast, experiment-driven roadmap and serve as the product lead for recommendations and personalization across the organization — aligning senior stakeholders on strategy, tradeoffs, and progress, and partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Ads, and Operations from discovery through launch with clear PRDs and measurable success criteria.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience partnering with ML or data science teams to ship models into a production consumer product
  • Experience defining and driving engagement or relevance metrics, and using experimentation to move them
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and quantitative analysis to make sound decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Track record of close partnership with UX design teams and applying strong design thinking practices throughout the product development process
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to large groups and aligning multiple senior stakeholders on strategy and tradeoffs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building recommendation, personalization, ranking, or search products
  • Experience with consumer-facing hardware, IoT, or physical retail products
  • Familiarity with retail, grocery, ads, or marketplace recommendation systems

Product Senior Product Manager - Growth & Engagement at Otis (Acquired)

Senior Product Manager owns non-trading growth products and designs AI-native features for a fintech investment platform, balancing speed, quality, and customer impact.

Senior Hybrid Posted 12 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us:

Public is the long-term investing platform. Investors use AI and a vast variety of asset classes, from stocks and bonds to crypto and options, to build portfolios for the long haul. Launched in 2019, Public has been trusted with billions in assets of affluent investors. Headquartered in New York City, it’s raised over $400M from investors like Accel and Tiger Global.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who builds best-in-class financial products — on traditional platforms (mobile and web) and within our agentic brokerage framework. You bring an AI lens to every decision, not just AI features bolted onto existing flows. You’re sharp, hardworking, and self-starting, and you move through ambiguity without waiting for someone to hand you structure.

This role is open to remote, but preferably based in NYC where you’ll work from our office Monday through Thursday.

What you’ll do

  • Own all non-trading products that drive growth & engagement — referral, notifications & price alerts, and more — end-to-end, from idea through design, development, QA, and launch.
  • Design and ship embedded AI features as core parts of the product experience — like AI-powered portfolio summaries, benchmarking, and more.
  • Keep a pulse on the market, our customers, and competitors to identify the biggest levers for growing Public’s business and engagement.
  • Shape Public’s broader roadmap, balancing speed, quality, and long-term customer impact, with AI increasingly at the center of it.
  • Build and test go-to-market hypotheses — target audience, KPIs, positioning, and differentiators — before and after launch.

Who you are:

  • You’ve shipped high-quality consumer apps with sharp UX/UI instincts.
  • AI is core to how you build — not a feature bolted on. You use AI daily to move faster, and you’re excited to design AI-native product experiences, not just AI-assisted ones.
  • You have 4-8 years in product experience, with a deep understanding of growth, retention, and engagement in digital consumer products.
  • You prioritize product velocity — shipping fast, in the direction that matters to users and the business.
  • You have a working understanding of the stock market and how major events move prices (dividends, earnings, economic events). Deep brokerage experience isn’t required.
  • You communicate clearly, in writing and in person, working cross-functionally with engineers, compliance, risk, operations, and go-to-market.

Public is an equal employment opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.  We celebrate people of all race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.

Product Sr. Product Manager, Core Data Platform at Denmark in USA

Senior Product Manager drives strategy and execution of BambooHR's core data platform, coordinating across teams to define canonical data models and ensure foundational systems power product and AI experiences.

Senior Hybrid Posted 14 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

AI at BambooHR

At BambooHR, we’re all about setting people free to do great work, and we believe AI is a powerful partner in that mission. We’re leaning into intelligent tools to streamline our workflows, giving us more time for high-impact innovation. We look for curious, forward-thinking people who are ready to explore how AI can elevate their work and help us reimagine the future of HR.

Essential Job Duties

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of BambooHR’s core data platform: the foundational layer that defines how every system, integration, and AI experience understands our data. You’ll play a key role in shaping how BambooHR represents its data internally and how that foundation powers the AI-driven experiences our customers depend on.

This is not a traditional product role. You won’t own a customer-facing UI. You own the layer underneath: the data definitions, contracts, and adoption process that make every product team faster, every integration simpler, and every AI interaction more accurate. Your customers are primarily internal, and when the platform is right, every team benefits.

As the Senior Product Manager for this space, you’ll coordinate across product and engineering teams to define and evolve the canonical data model, partner with architects to make hard technical tradeoffs, and connect foundational platform work to real customer outcomes.

You will:

  • Drive alignment on data definitions across product and engineering teams, resolving conflicts and locking decisions that the rest of the organization can build on.
  • Coordinate a multi-team, multi-quarter effort without direct authority over the teams doing the work.
  • Partner closely with principal architects and engineering leads to make principled data modeling tradeoffs and communicate the implications broadly.
  • Ensure the data platform is easy to build against: clean APIs, well-documented contracts, and a clear upgrade path as the model evolves.
  • Build the internal case for platform investment by connecting foundational decisions to real outcomes for integrations, AI features, and customer-facing products.
  • Own the data catalog and validation process, ensuring coherence as new domains are onboarded and new entities are proposed.
  • Measure adoption and coverage. Know at any point how complete the model is, where gaps exist, and what is blocking progress.
  • Work closely with AI platform teams to ensure the data model serves as a reliable foundation for AI-driven experiences.

If you are an experienced Senior Product Manager with a passion for data infrastructure and a track record of driving complex, cross-team alignment, we encourage you to apply. Join us in building the data foundation that powers BambooHR’s next generation of AI products.

What will you be doing?

  • Deeply understand the challenges and opportunities in the data platform space through regular engagement with engineering, architecture, and product teams. Define and frame those challenges and prioritize the opportunities.
  • Ship high-value platform milestones that unblock downstream teams and expand what every product team can build.
  • Capture work from a wide range of inputs and prioritize so your team is always focused on the most impactful projects.
  • Understand and educate others on technical requirements. Turn those requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineers.
  • Collaborate with your team and architecture partners to define the long-term vision for the data platform and break it into a phased, sequenced roadmap.
  • Constantly evaluate whether the platform is solving the right problems through both quantitative coverage metrics and qualitative signals from the teams building on top of it.
  • Own and maintain the quality and coherence of the product areas your team manages and help shape the strategy and vision.
  • Motivate a group of committed, intelligent people to do the best work of their careers.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • You feel aligned with the BambooHR values
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
  • Technical depth in data modeling, API design, or data infrastructure. You do not need to write the schema, but you need to read it, challenge it, and make principled decisions about what belongs in the model and what does not.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders you do not directly control.
  • Comfort with ambiguity at the architectural level. You are energized by hard, unsolved problems, not slowed down by them.
  • Clear, direct communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are entrepreneurial. You do not need direction. You identify the next constraint and move toward it.
  • Deep experience working with qualitative stakeholder feedback and quantitative data to inform platform decisions.
  • Nice to have: background in master data management, canonical data modeling, or developer platform product management in a SaaS environment. AI or ML infrastructure context is a plus.

What You’ll Love About Us

  • A Great Company Culture that has been recognized by multiple organizations like Inc, and Salt Lake Tribune
  • Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance
  • Generous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life
  • 401k plans with up to 6% company match
  • $2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus
  • EAP through Headspace
  • Check out all our benefits that benefit you

About Us

At BambooHR, we’re building something different: we’re building a people intelligence platform that transforms HR and sets people free to do great work! We’re a proven market leader driving innovation while building lasting success through thoughtful, sustainable growth. Here, you’ll find a place that champions growth: both professional and personal, both individual and collective.

Product Senior/Staff Product Manager, AI Document Generation at EvenUp

Own the full product lifecycle for an AI-powered document generation platform, partnering with engineering and ML teams to build LLM features that solve complex legal workflow problems.

Senior Hybrid Posted 15 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

EvenUp’s document generation suite is at the core of what we deliver to legal teams. We’re looking for a Senior PM who knows how to take complex user problems and turn them into elegant, AI-powered workflows that people actually use.

This is a role for someone who has shipped B2B SaaS products end-to-end, is fluent in how LLMs work in practice, and brings sharp user empathy to everything they build. You’ll own the product experience for one of our most critical surfaces, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to raise the bar on how AI for document generation can advance the legal profession.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full product lifecycle for document generation, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.

  • Deeply understand how legal teams work, identifying friction points and translating them into product decisions that drive meaningful workflow improvements.

  • Partner with engineering and ML teams to build LLM-powered features that are reliable, accurate, and genuinely useful to practitioners.

  • Define and track success metrics, using both qualitative research and quantitative analysis to continuously improve the product.

  • Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release.

What we look for:

  • 5 -7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.

  • You love complexity and you dive in the details; figuring out how to improve hundred+ page documents, used in core legal workflows (like trials), is right up your alley.

  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with direct working knowledge of agentics and LLMs/LMMs. This is a requirement, not a bonus.

  • Strong user research instincts – you know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for.

  • Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment.

  • Clear communicator who can translate between technical complexity and user experience.

  • Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.

Notice to Candidates:

EvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team – please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations. We only post open roles on our career page (evenuplaw.com/careers) or reputable job boards like our official LinkedIn or Indeed pages, and all official EvenUp recruitment emails will come from the domains @evenuplaw.com, @evenup.ai, @ext-evenuplaw.com, no-reply@ashbyhq.com or no‑reply@canditech.io email addresses.

To ensure fairness and proper consideration, we do not accept resumes or expressions of interest via email or social media messages. If you’re interested in a role, please submit your application directly through our careers page.

If you receive communication from someone you believe is impersonating EvenUp, please report it to us at talent-ops-team@evenuplaw.com. Examples of fraudulent domains include “careers-evenuplaw.com” and “careers-evenuplaws.com”.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees

  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with direct working knowledge of agentics and LLMs/LMMs. This is a requirement, not a bonus.

  • Strong user research instincts – you know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for.

  • Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment.

  • Clear communicator who can translate between technical complexity and user experience.

  • Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.

What this role involves

About Tekmetric

Tekmetric is the all-in-one, cloud-based platform helping auto repair shops run smarter, grow faster, and serve customers better.

Built by a shop owner and shaped by the needs of the industry, Tekmetric brings together innovation, real-world experience, and a thriving community to help shops thrive - not just survive. From running a shop, to securing payments to engaging customers, our platform simplifies operations so shop owners can focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional service, earning trust, and growing sustainably.

Officially founded in Houston in 2017, Tekmetric has grown from a single shop’s vision to the industry’s leading solution - all by staying true to our values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset.

But we’re not just building software. We’re building a movement. We’re empowering repair shops to rise above the daily grind, create meaningful connections with their customers, and lead the industry forward - one interaction at a time.

Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.

Working the Tekmetric Way

At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.

We move fast, stay curious, and take full ownership of our results — no excuses, no finger-pointing. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and view honest feedback as fuel for growth, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your manager’s). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.

Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves — but if you’re driven by meaningful work and real results, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and you’ll thrive. If that energizes you, we can’t wait to meet you.

At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.

What You’ll Do

Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our SaaS product for auto repair shops. As a part of a relatively small and growing team, you will have the unique opportunity to become influential in shaping our product. You will be responsible for guiding the product strategy and roadmap, as well as managing the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Product Initiatives: Drive the planning and execution of product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Become and expert in the Auto Repair Industry: Develop a deep understanding of the Auto Repair domain in order to best identify new product opportunities for our core users.
  • Lead Key AI Product Initiatives: Combine a deep understanding of the problem space with generative AI solutions to help customers do their jobs better and faster.
  • User-Centric Research: Deeply understand our core users’ JTBD, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to align on product vision, strategy, go-to-market plans, pricing, packaging, and business priorities.
  • Deliver High-Performing Products: Ensure products meet users’ unmet needs while mitigating business risks in value, feasibility, and usability.
  • Measure Business Impac t: Build products with business outcomes in mind then measure if those outcomes showed up.
  • Develop Product Vision: Define and communicate the long-term vision of the product area you own and translate that into executable roadmaps.
  • Train Internal Teams: Educate sales, support, and consulting teams on new technology, ensuring they can sell, troubleshoot, and use it effectively.
  • Own the API Product Strategy: Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Tekmetric’s API as a standalone product — including developer experience, versioning, and partner enablement.
  • Drive API Adoption and Growth: Treat the API as a growth lever; identify integration opportunities with third-party platforms and partners, and work closely with sales and partnerships to expand the API ecosystem.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise-level software-as-a-service.
  • API Product Experience: Demonstrated experience owning and shipping API products — including defining API contracts, working with developer audiences, and managing the full API lifecycle (versioning, deprecation, documentation, and partner onboarding).
  • Generative AI or ML Experience: 2+ years of experience working with and delivering GAI or ML solutions to market.
  • Product Analytics Experience: Hands-on experience with product analytics software (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo) is preferred.
  • Proven Leadership: A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving both strategy and fast-paced execution.
  • Business Case Development: Ability to establish business cases, validate hypotheses, and grow features from inception to market scalability.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for constant optimization and improvement, with a steady focus on customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a high matrixed and global organization environment.

Senior Hybrid Posted 25 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Was diese Rolle besonders macht:

  • Klare End-to-End-Verantwortung statt Feature-Abarbeitung
  • Starke Kundennähe als zentraler Erfolgsfaktor
  • Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum und echte Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Fokus auf Wirkung, nicht auf Output.

Dein Profil

  • Nice to have: Du hast einen Hintergrund in UX, Service Design oder User Research.
