Project Management Smart Fridge Launch Manager at CookUnity

Leads end-to-end launch operations for Smart Fridge expansion, managing deployment timelines, vendor networks, site readiness, and building repeatable operational systems across 80-100+ new units.

What this role involves

About CookUnity:

Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.

Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.

If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.

The role:

If you’re looking for a role where you manage at a distance and review decks, this is not it. If you want to own a program that will grow from $5M to $10M+ ARR this year, and leave it more structured than you found it, keep reading.

CookUnity’s Smart Fridge program is scaling from ~$5M to $10M+ ARR in H2 2026: a standalone business within CookUnity with its own unit economics, client verticals, and operational complexity. That means 80-100 new unit deployments across office, factory, and real estate accounts, a full product upgrade rollout across the existing fleet, and building the infrastructure that makes all of it repeatable.

The model is proven. The question is whether expansion can become systematic rather than bespoke. The bottleneck is no longer sales; it’s ops readiness, installation speed, and launch quality. That’s what this role exists to solve.

This is a player-coach position and for a project management expert. You’ll lead the full launch function end-to-end and still get into the field when it matters. The systems you build here will eventually let you step back, but right now, you need to build them while running.

What You Own:

Operational Readiness

Before a fridge goes live, everything upstream has to be right. This function owns the full build layer, from signed contract to a fridge that is ready to operate on day one.

  • Translate sales commitments into executable launch plans with confirmed timelines and sequencing
  • Conduct site assessments and confirm readiness before any equipment moves
  • Manage equipment procurement, inventory staging, and 3PL logistics across every active market
  • Build and maintain a reliable network of installation and maintenance vendors in every metro we operate in
  • Configure systems, integrations, and device setup ahead of go-live
  • Ensure warehouse and storage capacity scales ahead of deployment volume, not behind it
  • Own the master launch calendar across all active and pipeline locations
  • Track launch performance: on-time rate, cost vs. budget, escalation rate per launch

Launch & Engagement

Once a fridge is live, the work is just beginning. This function owns the activate layer and everything that determines whether a new unit actually performs. In the near term, you will run this function directly while building the model that makes it scalable and delegable.

  • Own the onsite launch experience from day one
  • Drive user onboarding and build adoption within the first 30 days
  • Monitor early engagement signals and intervene before a location goes cold
  • Execute re-engagement activations when penetration rates dip
  • Maintain the field feedback loop that surfaces menu, ops, and product insights back into the business
  • Map the customer journey by vertical (office, factory, real estate) and ensure the launch model is calibrated accordingly
  • Own and continuously improve the national launch playbook; it should be a living document, not a one-time deliverable

Product Upgrade Rollout

In parallel with new deployments, you will personally lead two concurrent upgrade rollouts across the existing active fleet:

  • Computer Vision: Coordinate with Tech on hardware/software deployment, testing protocols, and fleet-wide rollout sequencing. 100% of active units upgraded and operationalized by end of September 2026, with zero disruption to active locations
  • Shelf Pusher & Branding V2: Own the physical installation and ops integration across the fleet, including updated SOPs for drivers and hub staff, with clean handoffs that don’t create downstream ops debt

Cross-Functional Accountability

  • Sales: Enforce launch sequencing discipline and manage timeline expectations before commitments are made externally
  • Logistics: Drive 3PL readiness and new market infrastructure ahead of launch commitments
  • Tech: Active driver on system configuration, integration testing, and launch-blocking issues, not a passive stakeholder
  • Finance: Align on capex tracking, PO approval flow, and cost visibility across the launch portfolio

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years in operations, field services, retail expansion, or consumer-facing launch functions
  • Genuinely hands-on; comfortable doing the work yourself, not just directing others
  • Proven track record managing concurrent hardware or physical infrastructure rollouts across multiple sites
  • Experience scaling operational functions into repeatable, autonomous engines
  • Strong financial fluency: budget ownership, cost-per-unit tracking, capex management
  • Comfortable in ambiguity; bias toward action over analysis paralysis
  • Sharp cross-functional instincts; able to drive alignment across Sales, Tech, Logistics, and Finance without formal authority
  • Willingness to travel for launch oversight, market builds, and field audits
  • Experience building operational playbooks from scratch, not just executing existing ones
  • Background in food, hospitality, retail, or workplace experience preferred

Preferred requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not mandatory)

Benefits

🌅 401k Plan

Project Management Airtable: Program Manager, Professional Services - West

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise Airtable implementations, managing teams, partners, customers, and scope across technical and organizational challenges.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: San Francisco, CA; Remote - US

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

Work is being redesigned, and Airtable is built for that moment: the same platform humans run their most critical workflows on is where agents now operate alongside them. Professional Services is where that redesign happens.

The Technical Project Manager runs delivery on our most complex engagements. This is not a coordination role; it's a technical delivery lead position with accountability across an Airtable PS team, external development partners, and enterprise customer stakeholders, all moving toward shared milestones across different cadences, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics. You sequence the work, hold the relationships, and make real-time decisions when plans meet reality.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, owning the relationship, the plan, and the outcome from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
  • Run delivery across all workstreams: internal team, external partners, customer stakeholders, managing progress, blockers, and alignment simultaneously.
  • Own the project plan end to end: scope, schedule, budget, risk register, and RAID log across the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Make technical sequencing decisions when platform constraints, compliance requirements, or partner dependencies force tradeoffs.
  • Guide customers through AI workflow transformation, helping them move from human-run processes to AI-augmented and agent-assisted operations, and managing the organizational dynamics that come with it.
  • Use AI tools actively in your own delivery operations: status reporting, risk synthesis, documentation, and stakeholder communication. You don't just manage teams using AI; you use it yourself.
  • Manage scope formally: track change requests, assess impact on timeline and budget, and run the change order process when the engagement evolves beyond the original SOW.
  • Sequence work across Agile sprint cycles and Waterfall delivery milestones depending on what the engagement demands, and shift the model when reality requires it.
  • Hold external partners accountable across organizational boundaries, by relationship and clarity, not authority.
  • Coordinate compliance, security, access management, and third-party approvals in regulated enterprise environments.
  • Keep executive stakeholders accurately informed without requiring them to understand the technical details.
  • Work directly in Airtable as an operational tool; hands-on platform fluency is required.

Who you are

  • You have delivered technical programs for external customers in a professional services or consulting context, not just managed internal projects. You've run steering committees, managed scope conversations, and owned customer outcomes with real accountability.
  • 5+ years managing technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with accountability for outcomes across teams you don't directly control. You lead through influence and clarity, not organizational authority.
  • You are genuinely fluent with AI tools, not aspirationally. You use AI in your daily delivery workflow, have an informed perspective on where agentic systems create leverage and where they introduce risk, and can help customers navigate both.
  • You have worked directly in Airtable or a comparable platform, not managed people who do. You understand how components interact, identify dependency and sequencing issues by looking at the system, and build the tools your team uses to run delivery operations.
  • PMP or equivalent PMO certification. You know formal project management methodology and apply it as the structure that keeps complex engagements from quietly going off course.
  • You operate fluidly across Agile and Waterfall. You know which model fits the engagement and can run both without defaulting to whichever is more comfortable.
  • When plans break, you create order. You don't wait for someone else to lead.
  • Delivered in enterprise environments with real compliance, security, and access management requirements. You plan around constraints, not past them.
  • Track record of coordinating delivery across organizational boundaries: external partners, customer teams, or both.
  • You communicate across the full room: executive-ready updates for C-level stakeholders, direct technical direction for delivery teams, and clear framing for the business SMEs whose work is changing.

Airtable is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity and strive to create a workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. What this role involves

About Us

Abacus Insights is transforming how data works for health plans. Our mission is simple: make healthcare data usable, so the people responsible for care and cost decisions can act faster, with confidence.

We help health plans break down data silos to create a single, trusted data foundation. That foundation powers better decisions—so plans can improve outcomes, reduce waste, and deliver better experiences for members and providers alike. Backed by $100M from top investors, we’re tackling big challenges in an industry that’s ready for change. Our platform enables GenAI use cases by delivering clean, connected, and reliable healthcare data to support automation, prioritization, and decision workflows—and it’s why we are leading the way.

Our innovation begins with people. We are bold, curious, and collaborative—because the best ideas come from working together. We embrace the thoughtful use of AI and automation to drive innovation and efficiency, and we look for individuals who are curious and adaptable—those excited to leverage emerging technologies to enhance how we work—while keeping human insight, connection, and our clients at the center of every decision.

Ready to make an impact? Join us and let’s build the future together.

About the Role

Abacus Insights is at the forefront of transforming how health plans harness their data, and we are looking for a driven project leader to join our Implementation Program Management Office and help us deliver on that mission. You will lead complex, high-visibility IT projects across the US healthcare payer space, working at the intersection of cutting-edge cloud technology and one of the most consequential industries in the country.

You will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client implementations, partnering with technical, clinical, and client-facing teams to solve hard problems and move fast without sacrificing quality. The work is real, the stakes are high, and the impact is visible.

For the right person, this role is also a launching pad — offering a clear path into senior PMO leadership, deep exposure to modern cloud-based data infrastructure, and a front-row seat to the future of healthcare technology at a company that is growing quickly and building something that lasts.

Your day to day

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently achieved
  • Coordinate closely with Client Delivery Managers to understand client requirements and translate them into delivery objectives, milestones, dependencies, and sequencing that support an accurate and effective project schedule.
  • Apply industry standard project management practices across Schedule Management, Risk Management, Communications Management, and Stakeholder Engagement to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional technical teams and client teams to understand delivery needs, constraints, and dependencies, then translate those inputs into clear business-facing decisions, status updates, mitigation plans, and executive-level project health reporting.
  • Own integrated project schedule management, including work plan development, milestone tracking, dependency management, critical path visibility, variance reporting, and alignment to client requirements.
  • Maintain disciplined risk and issue management practices, including RAID log ownership, proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation path management, and follow-through on issue resolution.
  • Conduct detailed resource planning and capacity management to support realistic delivery commitments and schedule execution.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings to maintain project health visibility, confirm decisions and next steps, and ensure timely escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies.

What you bring to the team

  • Delivery Leadership: 10+ years leading technically complex IT projects and programs, with 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role and a consistent track record of on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • End-to-End Project Governance: Proven ability to drive projects through the full lifecycle — initiation through handover — using standard PMO artifacts including Project Charter, RAID, RACI, schedules, and status reporting.
  • Healthcare & Client Delivery: Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare IT implementations, with payer-side experience strongly preferred. Able to set and hold clear client expectations around scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Agile & Hybrid Delivery: Comfortable managing in hybrid environments that combine Agile team execution with milestone-based planning, schedule governance, and structured stakeholder reporting.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience coordinating across software development, data engineering, system integration, QA, and architecture functions — with enough technical fluency to make informed calls on risks and trade-offs.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Strong instincts for proactively identifying, tracking, and escalating risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies. No surprises to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills across client, leadership, and cross-functional audiences. Comfortable defending a position, driving decisions, and holding team members accountable.
  • Tools & AI Enablement: Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and AI agentic tools to support schedule management, backlog coordination, RAID tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

What we would like to see, but not required

  • US Healthcare implementation experience, with direct exposure to healthcare payer environments, enabling faster onboarding and effective client engagement within Abacus’ payer‑focused delivery model
  • Experience working for or with a US Medicaid payer.
  • Formal project management certification such as PMP® or PRINCE2®, demonstrating strong grounding in structured delivery governance, planning, and control
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, supporting effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, and QA teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models

Compensation: Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes base salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.

What you’ll get in return

  • Unlimited paid time off – recharge when you need it
  • Work from anywhere – flexibility to fit your life

  • Equity for every employee – share in our success

Project Management Legal AI Program Manager at Harbor.ai

Leads complex legal AI programs for client engagements, managing multidisciplinary teams and advising senior legal stakeholders on AI adoption and implementation strategy.

Senior Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Harbor Labs is building the next generation of AI-enabled legal services. We partner with leading law firms and corporate legal departments to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable ways of working often before a proven playbook exists. This role sits at the center of that work: leading complex programs, guiding senior legal stakeholders, and converting what we learn into repeatable approaches that can scale across clients and Harbor.

Build what comes next. Join a team working at the edge of legal AI where the problems are real, the answers are still emerging, and your judgment can directly shape how leading legal organizations adopt and scale new technology.

Why this role exists:

As our embedded AI engagements expand, clients increasingly need more than strong project execution. They need a leader who understands the realities of legal AI delivery, can shape the conversation with lawyers and legal-operations teams, and can turn technical and adoption signals into sound program decisions.

The Legal AI Program Manager will create the structure that allows multidisciplinary teams to move quickly without losing rigor. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, challenge assumptions constructively, and help clients make confident decisions about where AI can create meaningful value and where it cannot.

What makes this different:

  • This is not a traditional PMO role and it is not a schedule-management position. You will be expected to understand the work deeply enough to influence it.
  • You will operate at the intersection of AI, legal work, client delivery, and organizational change—partnering with AI delivery leaders and technical specialists while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Because Harbor Labs is still evolving, you will have a meaningful voice in how we work, what we build, and how this capability scales. The frameworks and operating practices you create will shape future engagements, offerings, and teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead complex legal AI programs from strategy through adoption. Create the structure, priorities, decision forums, and momentum required to move enterprise AI initiatives forward across one or more embedded client engagements.
  • Guide senior legal stakeholders with credibility. Advise General Counsel, legal-operations leaders, and lawyers on use cases, sequencing, governance, adoption, and what strong AI programs look like in practice.
  • Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams. Connect client leaders with Harbor specialists across AI delivery, legal operations, workflow design, change, and technology so that decisions translate into coordinated action.
  • Turn delivery signals into program decisions. Translate what is happening in configuration, prompting, evaluation, workflow design, risk, and adoption into clear recommendations about scope, sequencing, staffing, and investment.
  • Create momentum without creating bureaucracy. Establish an operating cadence that gives teams clarity and leaders visibility while preserving speed, experimentation, and ownership.
  • Challenge constructively. Push back on weak use cases, unrealistic timelines, scope drift, or decisions that will not create sustainable value while strengthening trust and maintaining executive alignment.
  • Build reusable Harbor Labs approaches. Develop practical frameworks, governance models, reporting methods, and implementation patterns that can be reused and improved across engagements.
  • Help shape the future of the capability. Bring market and client insight back into Harbor Labs, identify emerging needs, and influence how our delivery model, offerings, and team evolve.

What we’re looking for:

  • Legal AI delivery experience. You have led or played a central role in legal AI implementations—not only general technology or software projects. You understand what it takes to move from use-case selection through workflow design, evaluation, rollout, and adoption.
  • Credibility with lawyers and executives. You can engage senior legal stakeholders as a peer, explain complex issues clearly, and hold a well-informed point of view even when it challenges the initial direction.
  • A builder mindset. You enjoy creating structure where none exists, testing new approaches, learning quickly, and improving the playbook rather than simply following one.
  • Strong program judgment. You know how to identify the decisions that matter, surface risk early, sequence work intelligently, and keep teams focused on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Current AI fluency. You actively follow developments across leading model providers, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation methods, and enterprise AI patterns. You separate durable capability from hype.
  • Hands-on curiosity. You experiment with current AI tools and understand how they behave in practice. Relevant training or credentials from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, or other leading platforms are valued, but demonstrated learning and applied experience matter more than certificates.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change. You are energized by an environment where roles, methods, and opportunities will evolve as the market develops and the team learns.
  • Collaborative confidence. You work well with technical experts, consultants, operators, and client teams; you can lead without relying on hierarchy and make others better through clear thinking and strong partnership.

Helpful experience:

  • Experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, legal-operations team, legal technology company, or professional services environment
  • Experience leading embedded, managed-services, or recurring delivery models rather than only fixed-scope projects
  • Experience establishing governance, reporting, or program infrastructure for a new or rapidly evolving capability
  • Exposure to product thinking, service design, change management, or enterprise technology adoption
  • Experience working across global teams and complex stakeholder environments

What success looks like:

  • Clients view you as a trusted advisor who improves the quality and pace of their AI decisions.
  • Engagement teams have clear priorities, fast escalation paths, and the right level of operating discipline.
  • AI initiatives move beyond pilots toward practical adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Harbor Labs has stronger, more repeatable methods because of the frameworks and insight you contribute.
  • You have helped define how this capability and your own role within it scales over time.

Who thrives here:

  • People who prefer solving ambiguous, consequential problems over maintaining established processes
  • Leaders who combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Curious practitioners who learn emerging technology by using it
  • Low-ego collaborators who challenge ideas, not people
  • Individuals who want meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence how a new capability grows

About Us:

Harbor is the preeminent provider of expert services across strategy, legal technology, operations, and intelligence. Our globally integrated team of 900+ strategists, technologists, and specialists navigate alongside our clients – leading law firms, corporations, and their law departments – to provide essential resources and invaluable insights. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, civil union status, national origin, ancestry, age, parental status, disabled status, veteran status, or any other legally protected classification, in accordance with applicable law.

You will partner closely with a Solutions Engineer to ensure requirements, scope, and solution decisions are sufficiently defined before execution, and with a Technical Implementation Manager on data integrations, testing, and technical readiness. This role is designed for a strategic project leader who brings strong implementation discipline, sound judgment amid ambiguity, and the influence to align stakeholders across multiple organizations.

What you’ll do:

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise ServiceNow program. This is a program and delivery leadership role, not hands-on development — you'll coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and delivery to keep a high-visibility, enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiative on track. • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively surfacing and resolving blockers

  • Support and inform implementation decisions in collaboration with hands-on ServiceNow development teams

  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including status updates and progress reporting

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across the program

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead on enterprise-scale technology programs

  • Working familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (competent-level understanding, not hands-on development)

  • Comfort operating in a high-visibility, enterprise program environment

Nice to Have

Project Management Senior EPD Operations Manager at Omada Health

Orchestrates Engineering, Product, and Design teams to deliver complex initiatives through cross-functional alignment, risk management, and disciplined execution against committed milestones.

Senior Posted 11 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.

The Senior EPD Operations Manager orchestrates Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to deliver major, complex initiatives in a cohesive, reliable way. Operating above individual workstreams, you align multiple teams around clear member and business value, and partner closely with Product Managers to translate strategic decisions into a coherent, executable launch plan with strong sequencing, risk visibility, and executive communication. While Product owns the roadmap, you make sure the organization executes against it; holding teams accountable, pushing for progress, and driving disciplined delivery against committed milestones.

The Senior EPD Operations Manager brings strong technical program leadership to execution, combining a deep understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design teams work, their dependencies, and their architecture, with awareness of member, customer, and business needs. Beyond supporting launch delivery, the Senior EPD Operations Manager brings general-manager–style breadth as a Sr. Manager-level individual contributor, owning planning, metrics, operations, and cross-functional coordination for your initiative. You operate credibly at the leadership level, convening Product, Design, and Engineering Directors and their PMs and EMs to align on sequencing, surface and mitigate risks, identify critical paths, and drive decisions, while holding your own in the room and keeping senior stakeholders aligned and accountable.

Your Impact:

  • Provide the operational rigor behind the integrated EPD launch plan for large, complex, highly technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and products.
  • Operate above individual workstreams, owning the discussion that brings Engineering, Product, and Design leaders together to align on milestones, dependencies, critical path, and deliverables. Stepping in to unblock when needed, but not managing day-to-day tasks or sprint execution.
  • Maintain a high-confidence view of status, risks, dependencies, and decisions across all workstreams, and drive resolution when plans drift or assumptions break.
  • Drive teams to plan ahead and execute against the roadmap, holding them accountable, surfacing slippage early, and pushing for progress so commitments are met.
  • Guide cross-functional leadership through difficult planning and resourcing trade-offs, escalating org-wide trade-offs when needed.
  • Refine and set up the rituals and cadences around metrics monitoring and team-level planning with Product Managers. Building lightweight, consistent processes (roadmap reviews, metrics rituals, readiness checkpoints) that drive accountability without becoming task management.
  • Build tools and processes that help EPD teams deliver against key business goals, and drive adoption of new standards within your programs.
  • Help teams define, instrument, and report against quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics. Using qualitative and quantitative findings to set targets, track progress, and guide pivots.
  • Connecting execution signals to OKRs, member impact, and business outcomes so leadership sees both what’s on track and whether it’s moving the right numbers.
  • Serve as the key liaison across Engineering, Product, Design, Clinical, Care Delivery, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Infosec, and Privacy, aligning stakeholders toward unified decisions.
  • Act as an EPD point of contact for triaging Commercial questions about the products in your scope.
  • Facilitate integrated planning, dependency and risk reviews, readiness checkpoints, go/no-go discussions, and retrospectives. Running program offsites where they serve your initiative.
  • Surface trade-offs, escalation paths, and recommendations to leadership, serving as the primary EPD narrator for delivery health with crisp, decision-ready updates.
  • Improve how launches run over time by refining operating rhythms, readiness criteria, templates, and retrospective learnings.

About you:

  • 7+ years across product/technical program management, product management, general management, consulting, or product/business operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with executive presence. Able to flex altitude and technical depth across audiences, translating business impact and technical constraints into clear, decision-ready messaging for ICs, senior leaders, and executives alike.
  • Ability to see and help others see the big picture and drive toward it, operating above the team level yet diving into detail when needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in owning cross-team execution rigor on technically complex, multi-team initiatives.
  • Experience guiding teams to define goals, generate hypotheses, set metrics, execute, review, and pivot on early signals to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and reporting against quantitative goals/OKRs/metrics, using qualitative and quantitative findings including for market analysis.
  • Strong understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design organizations operate, including roadmap planning, dependencies, and release sequencing.
  • Enough technical depth to see the seams (systems, dependencies, architecture trade-offs)  and to partner credibly with engineers and technical leads, without needing to be one.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, thrives on attention to detail and process efficiency.
  • Strong relationship skills, with the ability to read team dynamics, plus high EQ across functions.

Bonus Points for:

  • Adopting AI tools in day to day work for productivity gains.
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare and technology.
  • An MBA or related degree.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Employee stock purchasing plan (ESPP)
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • …and more!
