Company Description

At Butterfly Network, we’re leading a digital revolution in medical imaging, transforming an industry that has long relied on bulky, analog systems. Through evidence-based programs, advocacy, and public education, Shatterproof works to transform systems for tomorrow, support families today, and end stigma forever. Learn more at shatterproof.org.

WHO SUCCEEDS AT SHATTERPROOF

Shatterproof is in a period of transformative and rapid growth. We are building new systems, reimagining how work gets done, and creating more cross-functional alignment to accelerate our mission.

To thrive here, you should be energized by building, not just maintaining — and excited to bring structure, clarity, and innovation to evolving spaces.

We’re looking for team members who:

  • Build systems and processes from the ground up and improve them continuously as we scale.
  • Take ownership and act with a builder’s mindset, bringing forward solutions rather than waiting for direction.
  • Influence and collaborate across teams, shaping work through strong communication and relationship-building.
  • Move quickly, learn fast, and adapt with resilience, especially in a high-growth, high-impact environment.
  • Are mission-driven and motivated to leave their mark on an organization working to reverse the addiction crisis.

THE ROLE

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) is a business issue. There are significant human and financial costs including employee turnover, productivity, and healthcare costs. Seventy percent of people with SUD are employed, and an estimated 1 in 7 employees has an SUD. Employers are a trusted source for healthcare information for employees.

Corporate leaders have an unprecedented opportunity to shape how America addresses addiction and behavioral health. Through philanthropy, employee engagement, workplace education, advocacy, and strategic collaboration, businesses can improve outcomes for employees and communities while advancing their own workforce and social impact priorities. Shatterproof is building the nation’s premier corporate engagement platform to help companies become part of the solution.

The Vice President of Corporate & Strategic Partnerships is a newly created leadership role established to meet the growing opportunity for corporations to invest in Shatterproof’s life-saving mission. As the senior leader responsible for building and scaling the corporate partnerships function, the VP will work with leadership to set the long-term enterprise vision and value proposition, revenue strategy, operating model, and growth trajectory for this critical revenue stream.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and serving as a key member of the Development leadership team, the Vice President will lead Shatterproof’s multi-year corporate and strategic partnerships strategy to drive significant, diversified, and sustainable revenue growth. This executive will establish Shatterproof as a premier national partner for corporations seeking high-impact engagement in addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and workplace behavioral health.

The Vice President will own the full corporate partnership lifecycle—including market strategy, pipeline development, executive relationship management, partnership negotiation, revenue generation, and long-term portfolio growth. Working in close partnership with the Vice President, Corporate Impact Partnerships, this leader will connect corporate priorities with innovative mission-driven engagement opportunities while remaining accountable for revenue growth and partner expansion.

This is a high-impact opportunity to build and scale a national corporate partnerships platform with significant long-term growth potential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
