Officially founded in Houston in 2017, Tekmetric has grown from a single shopâs vision to the industryâs leading solution - all by staying true to our values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset.
But weâre not just building shop management software. Weâre building a movement. Weâre empowering repair shops to rise above the daily grind, create meaningful connections with their customers, and lead the industry forward - one interaction at a time.
Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.
Working the Tekmetric Way
At Tekmetric, weâre building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.
We move fast, stay curious, and take full ownership of our results â no excuses, no finger-pointing. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and view honest feedback as fuel for growth, youâll feel right at home here.
Weâre direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your managerâs). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.
Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves â but if youâre driven by meaningful work and real results, itâs deeply rewarding. Youâll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and youâll thrive. If that energizes you, we canât wait to meet you.
At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.
About the Role
Tekmetric is building the operating system for the modern auto repair shop - and the Onboarding & Professional Services team is how we make that real for every new customer. As Director, Customer Success Operations, youâll be the operational engine behind a ~70-person team and the systems they use every day.
This is a builder role. In the near term, youâll own the work directly - running analytics, standing up enablement programs, and designing processes hands-on. Over time, youâll hire and develop the team around you, starting with an Enablement Manager and a Data Analyst. Youâll report directly to the VP of Onboarding & Professional Services and sit at the intersection of data, tooling, and team performance.
If you love turning messy operational questions into clear answers, and you get energy from building the infrastructure that makes customer-facing teams great, this role is for you.

About Us
At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the worldâs largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazineâs Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the Worldâs Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, weâre not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; weâre looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a ânormalizedâ problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If youâre the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, youâll fit right in.
Available Locations: Austin, TX (Preferred), San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY
Developer GTM is a cross-functional, fast growing team within Cloudflare. We are builders, storytellers, and connectors united by one goal: to make Cloudflare the most exciting place for developers to build.
As the Principal Content Engineer, you are the content engine for that growth. Youâll translate product reality and industry trends into content that developers actually find, read, build from, and come back to. Youâll personally write and build the flagship pieces, including deep tutorials, runnable sample apps, reference architectures, and narratives that make Cloudflare the obvious place to build. Youâll set the architecture, standards, and tooling that let the whole GTM team produce at quality at scale.
Underpinning all of this is a bigger bet: the way people learn is changing dramatically as the Internet and the web evolve. Search is becoming conversational, AI agents consume content directly, and the static tutorial is no longer the end of the learning journey. We believe the learning platform itself has to be reinvented from first principles, not incrementally improved. This role will help shape the next-generation learning platform, both internally (how Cloudflareâs own teams learn and ship) and externally (how developers around the world learn to build on our network).
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You are part principal-grade writer, part engineer, part systems builder. You own the engine, and you also drive the bus.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflareâs equity plan.
