And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.

Work Location/ Schedule: Based in Los Angeles, 4 days a week in the office.

The Denim Design Assistant is a key support role on Reformation’s in-house Design team, contributing across all phases of the design and product development process — from concept and research through final handoff. This exciting role will report to our Director of Denim Design, and will be supporting one of our most exciting new categories! This role keeps the creative engine running smoothly, partnering closely with designers, Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design to move work forward with precision and care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about denim design, highly organized and detail-oriented, and equally comfortable building a mood board and updating styles in our PLM system. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in the quality of your output, and understand that great design depends as much on process as on ideas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist designers with denim concept development, trend research, and seasonal inspiration gathering
  • Build and maintain mood boards, color stories, and presentation decks for internal reviews and cross-functional meetings
  • Prepare and organize design sketches, tech packs, and CADs for vendor communication and line reviews
  • Track sample status, fit comments, and revision notes across styles; attend fittings and communicate updates to cross-functional partners
  • Coordinate with Production and Technical Design on timing, revisions, and product development milestones
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research; shop the market in person and online and summarize findings for the team
  • Maintain and organize the design library: fabric swatches, trims, references, and archive samples

  • Manage design team calendars, scheduling, and vendor follow-ups to keep the studio running efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in apparel design, denim design experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with InDesign a plus
  • Experience with AI-enabled creative tools like Mid Journey and NanoBanana is a plus
  • Experience with PLM systems or product tracking tools is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills across PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel, or a related field

Who You Are:

  • Organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • A proactive communicator who follows through without being prompted
  • Genuinely curious about fashion, design, and the product development process
  • Collaborative and low-ego — you’re here to support great work and help the team move faster
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-moving, creative environment
  • Genuinely passionate about sustainability and aligned with Reformation’s values
  • Based in Los Angeles (or planning to relocate) and able to work in a hybrid model out of our HQ

Application process: P lease submit your resume and in lieu of a cover letter, please prepare a short trend concept presentation for Reformation Fall 2026 with a focus on DENIM DESIGN featuring 3–4 original directional ideas. Each concept should be brought to life visually through a curated mix of references including influencers, street style, runway, vintage imagery, cultural inspiration, silhouettes, styling, color, fabrics, or details that capture the mood and point of view behind the trend.

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourlyrange is $25-$30 / hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

  • You’ll get access to fertility care support through Carrot, and up to a $5,000 USD reimbursement for related fertility expenses after 1 year of employment.
  • We care about the causes our employees care about so we donate to community efforts on a yearly basis.

If you require accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know. We’re here to ensure you have what you need to show up as your best self.

Still don’t know if you should apply? We get it— studies show that many women and individuals from historically underrepresented communities hold back from applying unless they meet every single requirement. Content Content Creator (Copy Writer) at Thera

Write and own copy across the entire customer funnel—website, emails, product, launches, and social—shipping new content weekly with rapid feedback cycles.

Junior Onsite Posted 13 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

✍️ Content Creator (Copy Writer), Thera (NYC preferred, US-only)

Thera is building the financial OS for modern SMBs. Payroll, payments, treasury, spend, accounting, and docs in one system that actually works end-to-end.

We’re looking for our first dedicated Content Creator (Copy Writer) to own how Thera sounds everywhere a customer meets us the site, the emails, the launches, the product itself.

This is a writing role, not a strategy role. You’ll ship copy every week, get direct edits from the founder, and see your work go live in days, not quarters.

📍 NYC preferred, in-person. US-only. 💰 $70,000–$90,000 📈 0–3 years experience. New grads with a strong portfolio welcome.

Why this role exists

We have:

  • A product customers use and refer

  • A roadmap shipping faster than we can describe it

  • Categories of copy nobody currently owns

  • An audience that should be bigger than it is

What you’ll own

  • Voice and messaging across the entire funnel - site, email, product, sales, social, etc.

  • Website and landing pages, including the comparison pages that win migrations from Deel, Gusto, and Rippling

  • Launch copy for new products and features

  • Ghostwriting for founders and execs, in their voice, not yours

What you’ll write

  • Copy for the website

  • Announcement copy for what we ship next

  • Blog posts and country guides that pull in founders searching for real answers

  • Sales collateral, one-pagers, and partner-facing material

  • Social posts that sound like a person, not a brand account

  • Occasional video scripts and hooks

  • Threads and carousels people save and send to their cofounder

Your first 90 days

30 days

  • Learn the product cold - get inside the workflows, read support tickets, sit in on customer calls

  • Audit every page and email and tell us what’s weakest

  • Ship a rewrite of one high-traffic page

  • Build social media post’s in Thera’s voice during your first week

60 days

  • Own the copy on a product launch end to end

  • Publish your first customer story and first SEO piece

  • Draft the voice and style guide

  • Get one repeatable short-form format off the ground - scripted, shot, shipped

90 days

  • Anything customer-facing runs through you by default

  • Measurable lift on the pages and sequences you’ve rewritten

  • A content cadence that holds without anyone chasing it

  • An audience growing without paid spend behind it

About you

  • You write clearly. You cut adjectives, kill throat-clearing intros, prefer a number to a claim. Wildly concise.

  • Your portfolio is better than your rĂŠsumĂŠ. Published work, spec pieces, a newsletter, a well-argued post - show us range.

  • You get curious about unglamorous things. Multi-state tax filings and FX spreads will be your subject matter.

  • You revise without ego. Radical candor cuts both ways here.

  • You’re fast. Several pieces a week, not one polished essay a month.

  • You self-direct. Nobody is handing you a fully briefed assignment every morning.

  • You’ve built something in public - an account, a newsletter, a channel - and can tell us what it did

  • You know why one post lands and the next one dies, and you’re honest about the ones that died

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS, fintech, or HR-tech experience

  • You’ve changed your writing because of what a funnel or search console told you

  • A real point of view on where AI helps writing and where it flattens it

  • Basic video editing - CapCut, Descript, Premiere, whatever gets it out the door

  • You have experience writing about technical and complex topics like finance or tax.

  • You’ve written in someone else’s voice and nobody could see the seam

  • Comfortable close to camera, whether or not you’re in front of it

Not a fit if

  • You want to manage a content team instead of writing

  • You need a full brief before you can start

  • You think fintech copy has to be long

  • You want to write one thing a month and polish it forever

  • You think social is beneath the craft

Why Thera

  • You define the voice of a company at the point where it’s still up for grabs

  • You work directly with the executives

  • You’ll see what you wrote change the numbers within the week

  • You build an audience with a real product behind it, not a content farm

Sales VIP New Business Associate (CA/TX) at Underdog

Build and manage relationships with high-value prospective sports betting players, driving VIP program growth through direct outreach, onboarding, and retention strategies across assigned states.

What this role involves

At Underdog, we make sports more fun.

Our thesis is simple: build the best products and we’ll build the biggest company in the space, because there’s so much more to be built for sports fans. We’re just over five years in, and we’re one of the fastest-growing sports companies ever, most recently valued at $1.3B. And it’s still the early days.

We’ve built and scaled multiple games and products across fantasy sports, sports betting, and prediction markets, all united in one seamless, simple, easy to use, intuitive and fun app.

Underdog isn’t for everyone. One of our core values is give a sh*t. The people who win here are the ones who care, push, and perform. If that’s you, come join us.

Winning as an Underdog is more fun.

About the role

Underdog’s VIP program is how we turn our biggest fans into our best customers — and this role owns that relationship end to end. As a VIP New Business Associate, you’ll be the person our highest-value prospective players talk to, and the one who decides whether that relationship turns into loyalty.

  • Build and own relationships with prospective VIP players, driving growth of Underdog’s premier VIP engagement program
  • Grow a strong VIP user base in your assigned states and build lasting customer loyalty through direct, hands-on relationship management
  • Run acquisition strategies that bring new players onto the platform and get them onboarded and engaged from day one
  • Turn player activity data and feedback into concrete platform improvements and new growth opportunities
  • Own the full player relationship — organizing local events, keeping up regular communication, and resolving escalations when they come up
  • Apply Underdog’s VIP policies and guidelines, with responsible gaming as a first principle in every interaction

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years in a customer-facing role — sales, account management, or high-touch service in retail or restaurants — where you owned the relationship, not just the transaction
  • You take initiative without being told what to work on, and you follow through until there’s a result
  • You write and speak clearly, and you build real rapport with people you’ve just met
  • You use data and trends to decide what to do next, not just instinct
  • You can travel within your assigned state and work nights and weekends around games and events

Even better if you have

  • Corporate-level account management experience
  • Experience in the sports, gaming, or entertainment industry

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $85,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.

What we can offer you

  • Unlimited PTO (we’re extremely flexible with the exception of the first few weeks before & into the NFL season)
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend
  • A connected virtual first culture with a highly engaged distributed workforce
  • 5% 401k match, FSA, company paid health, dental, vision plan options for employees and dependents

#LI-REMOTE

We’re a remote-first company and value in-person connection. That said, we expect everyone to gather 2-3 times per year for team and company offsites, trainings, and more.

Underdog is an equal opportunity employer and doesn’t discriminate on the basis of creed, race, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability status, or any other defining characteristic.
