About the Role:
As a Staff Engineer on the Developer Productivity - AI Developer Tools team, you will be the architectural anchor shaping the AI platform that accelerates engineering across Gusto. You will redefine how our entire engineering organization builds, tests, and ships software by architecting a highly secure, context-aware, "AI-native" development lifecycle.
Your mission is to eliminate developer friction through AI tools, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation. Whether you are building bespoke internal coding assistants, automating sprawling codebase refactors, or deploying AI to self-heal CI/CD pipelines, your work will directly multiply the velocity of hundreds of builders. Help us drive developer productivity by building the next generation of AI tools.
About the Team:
The AI Developer Tools team is a specialized team within Developer Productivity. We believe AI is the next great leap in software craftsmanship. Our goal is to provide every builder at Gusto with a suite of "superpowers" tools that deeply understand our codebase and absorb operational toil so engineers can focus on creative problem-solving. We treat our fellow engineers as our primary customers, prioritizing developer experiences that are not just powerful, but absolutely delightful to use.
Hereâs what youâll do day-to-day:
Hereâs what we're looking for:
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $180,000/yr to $200,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, $220,000/yr to $245,000/yr for San Francisco, New York & Seattle. Stock equity is additional. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.Â
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.Â

We provide an end-to-end approach to help businesses overcome the complexity of digital transformation and deliver mission-critical CX through cloud communication solutions. Toku combines local strategic consulting expertise, bespoke technology, regional in-country infrastructure, connectivity, and global reach to serve the diverse needs of enterprises operating at scale.
Headquartered in Singapore, Toku supports customers across APAC and beyond, with a growing footprint across global markets. As a publicly listed company, Toku continues to scale its presence and impact across international markets.
As our Product Operations & Strategy Lead, you will build the operational and analytical foundations that help Product make smarter, faster and more commercially informed decisions. Working closely with the Head of Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, youâll establish product measurement, pricing models, strategic planning rhythms and operational processes that connect product strategy to measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant influence over product investment, roadmap prioritisation and commercial decision-making. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy combining analytical thinking, commercial acumen and operational excellence to solve complex product challenges.
What you will be doing
Product Measurement & Instrumentation: Build Tokuâs product measurement capability from the ground up by defining meaningful product metrics across adoption, usage, quality, latency, unit cost and margin, ensuring every major product initiative has measurable success criteria.
Analytics & Data Quality: Partner closely with Engineering and data teams to define instrumentation requirements, event tracking, metric definitions and data quality standards that create trusted, automated product reporting.
Pricing & Commercial Strategy: Develop and maintain the analytical models that support pricing, packaging and commercial decision-making, including usage-based billing logic, AI and connectivity services, unit economics, rate simulations, margin analysis and ongoing pricing calibration.
Product Strategy & Prioritisation: Establish a pragmatic goal-setting framework that translates product strategy into measurable objectives, supporting roadmap prioritisation through impact modelling, investment analysis and evidence-based decision making.
Operational Excellence: Build and continuously improve the operating rhythms that enable Product to scale effectively, including intake and prioritisation processes, release readiness, launch coordination, documentation standards and efficient collaboration across distributed teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance and executive stakeholders, providing analytical insight and commercial recommendations that influence pricing, investment and roadmap decisions while recognising that final commercial approval sits with executive leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Champion a data-driven culture where product decisions are supported by measurable evidence, helping the organisation focus on the metrics that genuinely influence outcomes rather than reporting for its own sake.
Ownership: Establish Product Operations as a strategic capability within Toku, creating scalable frameworks that allow Product Managers to spend more time on customer discovery and product delivery.
Weâd love to hear from you if you have
Product Operations Experience: 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product Analytics or commercially focused Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience building a new function or capability from scratch would be highly advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capability, with hands-on experience using SQL, modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools and advanced spreadsheet modelling to develop robust pricing, forecasting and unit economics models.
Commercial Modelling: Experience building pricing, packaging and commercial models, particularly for usage-based or hybrid pricing models (per-seat plus consumption). Experience within communications platforms, infrastructure software or AI products would be a strong advantage.
Product Analytics: Practical experience defining meaningful product metrics, establishing product instrumentation and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
Technical Understanding: Sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams on instrumentation, event tracking, data pipelines, metric definitions and data quality.
Strategic Thinking: Strong commercial judgement with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, prioritise competing initiatives and support strategic decision-making through evidence and financial modelling.
Product Operations: Experience designing lightweight operational processes that improve delivery, launch readiness, documentation and cross-functional collaboration without creating unnecessary overhead.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting recommendations, influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Independence: Comfortable working autonomously in a scaling organisation, managing ambiguity and handling commercially sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Location: This role can be based in The Netherlands â Hybrid work model, or in wider Europe â remote.
Toku has been recognised as a LinkedIn Top Startup and by the Financial Times as one of APACâs Top 500 High Growth Companies. If youâre looking to be part of a company on a strong growth trajectory while working on meaningful, real-world challenges, weâd love to hear from you.

Staff-level Salesforce architect who designs and builds complex platform solutions, conducts code reviews, leads architecture decisions, and drives AI/Agentforce strategy across GTM, support, and compliance systems.
As Salesforce Architect, you will be the technical backbone of Marqetaâs Business Systems team, a lean, high-impact group that serves as the internal Salesforce platform team for Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Support, and Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC). You will set the architectural direction for our Salesforce platform, conduct code reviews, lead architecture and design sessions, build and maintain the technical backlog, proactively identify gaps in systems and processes, and independently drive solutions to completion. You will also be a hands-on builder: configuring, coding, and deploying complex solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and our ongoing migration from CPQ to Revenue Cloud. You will drive our Agentforce and AI strategy, own integrations with critical systems like Ironclad, Intacct, and the broader GTM toolchain, and play a lead role in ongoing security hardening of the Salesforce org.
Your work will directly support strategic company-wide initiatives, improve customer experience, and increase productivity for internal users across GTM, support, and compliance functions.

Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industryâs best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.
Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.
If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, youâve found the right job posting.
Weâre looking for a Staff Product Manager, Personalization & AI to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of two interconnected pillars: our next-gen personalization systems (menu ranking, recommendations, search, predictive preferences, and adaptive UI) and a new customer-facing AI experience powered by LLMs.
This role will own both the personalization engine across the entire eater journey and the 0â1 build of a customer-facing AI experienceâand will work cross-functionally with ML, LLM engineering, frontend and backend engineering, data science, design, and our culinary teams to build a highly adaptive, intelligent food experience.
Youâll go deep into understanding eater behaviors, intent signals, and food preferences, and translate them into a scalable roadmap across both personalization and conversational AI that meaningfully lifts retention, conversion, and LTV. Our users make hundreds of micro-decisions every week; the goal is to simplify all of themâwhether through intelligent ranking or a natural-language experience.

Builds product measurement, pricing models, and operational processes to drive data-informed product strategy and commercial decision-making.
At Toku, we create bespoke cloud communications and customer engagement solutions to reimagine customer experiences for enterprises.
