Weโ€™re looking for a Customer Support Systems & Analytics Architect to own the data strategy and reporting function within the Customer Support organisation at Mercury. As our operations grow in complexityโ€”spanning multiple channels, an expanding BPO model, and sophisticated AI automationโ€”we are moving away from fragmented, project-based data support toward a model of holistic ownership.

In this role, you will be responsible for how we capture, structure, and connect data across our CS systems - including Zendesk and our AI Agent - to drive informed decision-making across the team. You will ensure our systems are configured in a way that produces reliable, high-quality data, and you will translate that data into actionable insights for CS leadership and stakeholders. Youโ€™ll sit at the intersection of data, operations, and customer experience, partnering closely with CS leadership, Strategy and Ops, and cross-functional teams like Data to make sure our reporting infrastructure is built to scale. Your work will be foundational to how the CS organisation measures performance, identifies opportunities, and drives decision-making.

ย

Key Responsibilities

  • Unified reporting and analytics: Actively build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the CS organisation clear visibility into key performance metrics, trends, and performance across channels, teams and projectsย  - from our internal Support team to our BPO partners.ย

  • Stakeholder support: Partner with cross-functional partners in areas like Product, Data and Strategic Finance to understand their data needs and deliver reporting that supports their goals
  • Systems evaluation: Assess the data capabilities of existing and new CS tools, and make recommendations on how to optimise our systems stack for better reporting outcomes
  • Process documentation: Document data structures, reporting methodologies, and system configurations to ensure institutional knowledge is retained and accessible across the team

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5-8 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or systems analyst role, ideally within a customer support or operations environment
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk administration and configuration, including views, fields, triggers, and reporting, as well as using Zendesk Analytics to build reports and dashboards
  • Fluency in SQL and experience working with data and BI tools such as Omni, Metabase, or similar
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of data hygiene principles and how system configuration impacts data quality
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across teams such as Operations, Product, and Engineering

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have

  • US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $154,200 - $192,800
  • US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $138,800 - $173,500
  • Canadian employees (any location): CAD $145,800 - $182,200

ย

Data Analytics Senior Data Scientist, AI Product Insights at Mixpanel

Embed data science expertise into product engineering, developing AI-driven analytics features like causal inference signals, forecasting, and cohort detection.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Mixpanel

Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see whatโ€™s working, diagnose whatโ€™s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com.

About the Team

The Proactive Insights team is a newly formed team at the center of Mixpanelโ€™s AI-first analytics vision. With a greenfield charter, weโ€™re building the intelligent layer that transforms Mixpanel from a tool you query into a partner that works for you.

We answer the question every data-driven team asks: โ€œWhat changed, why, and what should I do about it?โ€ We proactively keep users informed about what matters in their data, delivering the right insights and recommendations at the right time, to the right places, both inside and outside of Mixpanel.

Some examples of what we are building:

  • Signals: Statistical analysis that automatically identifies which user behaviors cause downstream business outcomes โ€” such as which actions genuinely improve 30-day retention โ€” using causal inference to move beyond correlation
  • Forecasting: Time-series modeling that projects whether a KPI (e.g. Signups) will hit its goal by end of quarter โ€” including trend decomposition, seasonality adjustment, and confidence bands against a target.
  • Simulation: Causal impact modeling that estimates how moving one metric (e.g. weekly sharing rate) by a given amount will ripple through to downstream KPIs like retention or revenue โ€” giving teams a quantified basis for prioritization
  • Cohort Detection: Automated identification of at-risk user cohorts by finding active users who resemble known churned segments across both behavioral patterns and descriptive characteristics, before they churn. Offline batch survival analysis models that estimate each userโ€™s probability of a future outcome (e.g. likelihood to churn or convert within 30 days).

About the Role

As the first Data Scientist embedded in product engineering, youโ€™ll champion integrating cutting-edge data science techniques into Mixpanelโ€™s products and serve as a methodological resource for cross-functional teams tackling problems that benefit from deeper DS expertise โ€” such as adaptive experimentation. You wonโ€™t just advise on Proactive Insights; youโ€™ll be the analytical brain driving how Signals, Forecasting, Simulation, Predictions, and Cohort Detection actually work.

Your models are the reasoning layer behind an AI system that proactively tells customers what changed, why, and what to do next โ€” and increasingly, the layer behind an agent that acts on their behalf. As more of this experience becomes agentic, rigorous causal grounding is what separates a trustworthy recommendation from a plausible-sounding one. Youโ€™ll be the person who makes sure itโ€™s the former.

Youโ€™ll design and validate causal inference approaches that go beyond surface-level correlation, and partner on how those outputs get translated โ€” often via LLMs โ€” into clear, natural-language, actionable experiences for Mixpanelโ€™s customers: you own the rigor, the system owns the explanation. Youโ€™ll partner closely with strong product engineers who own the implementation โ€” your job is to make sure the methodology is rigorous, well-documented, and grounded in real outcomes. Youโ€™ll also collaborate cross-functionally with teams like AI platform, analysis, and data infrastructure to scale your analytic solutions beyond what you could build alone.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role on a small, fast-moving team. Youโ€™ll have significant influence over the analytical direction of a new product category at Mixpanel that helps thousands of companies understand what truly drives their most important metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end analytical design for Signals, Forecasting, Simulation, and Cohort Detection โ€” including methodology selection, statistical validation, and iteration based on results
  • Assess data quality and trust prerequisites before extending forecasting or predictive features to customers โ€” a model is only as trustworthy as the data feeding it
  • Design and apply causal inference methods to move beyond correlation and establish which user behaviors genuinely drive downstream business outcomes
  • Build and own time-series forecasting models that project KPI trajectories against goals โ€” extending our existing use of TimesFM into customer-facing forecasting features
  • Build survival analysis and retention models that underpin Signals and Simulation outputs
  • Develop clustering and behavioral similarity approaches for Cohort Detection that are both statistically sound and interpretable to end users
  • Document methodology clearly โ€” including assumptions, validation approaches, and expected output behavior โ€” so engineers can implement reliably without ambiguity
  • Review and validate that production results match expected statistical behavior, partnering with engineers on edge cases and anomalies
  • Establish rigor around statistical significance, multiple testing correction, and uncertainty quantification so customers can trust what they see
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Finance and Data Science, to ensure analytical outputs are grounded in real business outcomes
  • Communicate findings and methodology clearly to Product and Engineering โ€” translating statistical concepts into plain language

Weโ€™re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • MS or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field โ€” or equivalent industry experience with demonstrated causal inference expertise
  • 5+ years of experience applying statistical modeling to real-world product or business problems
  • Hands-on causal inference experience โ€” propensity score matching, regression discontinuity, difference-in-differences, or instrumental variables โ€” with the judgment to choose the right method for a given problem
  • Experience with survival analysis or retention modeling (e.g. Cox proportional hazards, Kaplan-Meier)
  • Strong Python fluency across the analytical stack โ€” statsmodels, scikit-learn, pandas, and equivalent libraries for survival analysis, clustering, and time-series modeling
  • Experience with time-series forecasting methods โ€” classical approaches (ARIMA, exponential smoothing) and/or modern foundation models such as TimesFM, Chronos, or similar
  • Experience with clustering and similarity methods applied to behavioral or user data
  • Strong statistical communication โ€” you can explain a propensity score or a survival curve to a PM without losing them
  • SQL fluency for data access, exploration, and validation
  • Comfort working in a product environment where analytical rigor and practical delivery go hand in hand

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with large-scale behavioral event data (product analytics, growth, or similar domains)
  • Familiarity with feature engineering from raw event streams
  • Experience with structural equation modeling or causal DAGs for multi-metric impact modeling (directly applicable to Simulation)
  • Familiarity with how offline batch analyses are productionized, even if youโ€™re not implementing them yourself
  • Comfort working directly in a production codebase alongside engineers
  • Experience at an analytics, observability, or growth platform
  • Experience evaluating or grounding LLM-generated explanations or recommendations against statistical outputs (e.g. hallucination or consistency checks on AI-generated insights)
  • Comfort using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate modeling iteration

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Design Senior Product Designer (UX) - Clearance Required at Red Cell Partners

Senior Product Designer leads UX design for an AI-enabled decision-support system, from user research and discovery through interactive prototypes and production implementation.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nationโ€™s most pressing problems.

ABOUT DEFCON AI

RESILIENCE IN THE FACE OF DISRUPTION. DEFCON AI is an insights company that leverages artificial intelligence, mathematical optimization, data analytics, and software engineering for resilient optimization of complex systems.

In todayโ€™s dynamically changing world, DEFCON AIโ€™s technology aligns outcomes with operational goals, better decision making, and empowers customers to anticipate assess, and mitigate the impacts of disruptions.

About the Role

Asthe Senior Product Designer you will own complex product experiences from discovery through delivery for a new AI-enabled decision-support system. The work today is spread across several disconnected legacy systems, and we are replacing it with a single workspace: a prioritized work queue, a unified view that pulls scattered records together, enrichment panels, and dashboards.

Design sits in the product organization here, reporting through the Product Lead alongside product ownership and quality. You will partner daily with product and engineering to define scope, tradeoffs, and priorities, and you will support engineering through implementation rather than handing off and moving on.

This is a discovery-first role. Before anything is built you will interview and observe the people who do this work, map their current process, and design the future one. That becomes an interactive prototype the customer reviews and approves before production code is written, and it is an early program deliverable, so this work starts immediately. Design artifacts on this program are formally reviewed against written criteria, which means your work carries real weight from the first week.

The core design problem is trust. The system recommends what deserves attention and explains why, and your job is to present that so a user can evaluate it rather than simply accept it: showing the supporting evidence, making uncertainty visible, and making disagreement easy. You will work alongside an existing designer and with product, engineering, and data staff.

This is a hands-on role and a senior one. You are here to do the design work, and you will own how design gets done on this program: the research approach, the patterns, and the standard the work is held to. We are building out our design practice and the person in this seat shapes it. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel (up to 25%) to DEFCON AI HQ, customer sites, and vendor facilities as required.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery and Workflow Design

  • Run structured discovery with end users: interviews, shadowing sessions, and workflow observation
  • Produce current-state and future-state workflow maps that hold up to review by the people who do the work
  • Translate mission and operational needs into interaction designs, and know which constraints are real versus assumed
  • Deliver a fully interactive clickable prototype covering prioritized queues, enrichment panels, record history, and dashboards, as an early program deliverable

Interface and Interaction Design

  • Design the user workspace end to end: work queue, unified record view, evidence and enrichment panels, decision flow, record history, trend views, and operational dashboards
  • Apply and contribute to a design system so the interface stays coherent as scope grows across releases, and so components carry forward to other products rather than being rebuilt
  • Design for high-volume, repetitive work: keyboard efficiency, scannability, minimal context switching, and low error rates under time pressure
  • Design accessible interfaces that meet Section 508 and WCAG requirements
  • Identify gaps in the existing experience and propose improvements rather than waiting to be assigned them

Designing for AI Output

  • Present model recommendations, confidence, and supporting evidence so users can evaluate them rather than defer to them
  • Make uncertainty and gaps visible, including the case where the system returns insufficient evidence
  • Design the review and override path so disagreeing with the system is easy and the reason is captured
  • Design audit and traceability views so any conclusion can be traced back to its source records

Delivery Partnership

  • Partner closely with product and engineering from problem definition through launch, not just at handoff
  • Work directly with front-end engineers and hand off designs they can build from without guessing, and improve that handoff into a dependable pipeline rather than a recurring negotiation
  • Review builds against the design and hold the quality bar through implementation
  • Present design rationale clearly enough that stakeholders can follow the reasoning, not only the result
  • Iterate on real usage feedback, analytics, and acceptance-testing results across multiple releases
  • Support training and adoption materials as the system rolls out to a wider user cohort
  • Partner with the existing designer on the team so the two of you cover the program rather than duplicating
  • Help establish the design practices we do not have yet: repeatable research habits, reusable patterns, and a cleaner handoff to front-end engineering
  • Raise the work of designers around you through review and collaboration as the team grows

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product or UX design experience, with a portfolio of shipped, complex applications used by people doing real work every day
  • You have owned the design for a system like this before, end to end, from discovery through a shipped interface that users adopted. Please be prepared to discuss which system, what you owned, and how it turned out
  • You are the most senior designer in the room and comfortable there. This role sets the design direction rather than executing someone elseโ€™s, and there is no design leadership above it to escalate to
  • You arrive with a method that already works. Design starts immediately on this program, so we are looking for someone who adapts a discovery and delivery approach they have run before rather than assembling one here
  • Demonstrated experience designing data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces: role-based views, dashboards, data visualization, queues, and case or record views. This is enterprise software for people with layered permissions and real consequences, not marketing sites or consumer apps
  • Strong visual craft: layout, hierarchy, and typography, at a fidelity a stakeholder can review and approve
  • Direct user research experience. You have interviewed and observed real users and turned that into design decisions, not just collected feedback on finished work
  • Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a clear, usable solution, and to balance user needs against business goals and technical constraints
  • Strong prototyping ability in Figma or equivalent
  • Information architecture and design-system thinking: you structure complex information so it is navigable, and you build reusable components rather than one-off screens
  • Comfort designing for expert users whose domain you do not know at the start, and the discipline to learn the domain rather than guess at it
  • Comfort working with subject-matter experts whose time is limited, and the ability to get what you need from a short session
  • Accessibility fluency: Section 508 and WCAG as normal practice
  • Comfortable working without an established design practice around you, and willing to help build one
  • Hands-on. You do the design work. This is not a design management role
  • Comfortable in a cross-functional agile product team
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Active US Top Secret clearance. Discovery and design work happens with users inside a controlled government environment and requires CAC eligibility from the start. This is a current-clearance requirement, not a sponsorship opportunity
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites, DEFCON AI HQ, and vendor facilities as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for government users, including work inside controlled environments
  • Experience designing review-queue, triage, or high-volume workflow interfaces
  • Experience designing interfaces that present AI or model output, including explainability, confidence, and human review patterns
  • Experience with government accessibility review and remediation
  • Experience running design work on a fixed-deliverable schedule with formal customer acceptance
  • Front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, React) sufficient to work closely with engineers
  • Experience with enterprise, regulated, or technically complex products
  • Experience contributing to or evolving a design system

What Success Looks Like

  • Workflow maps and an interactive prototype accepted by the customer on schedule, early in the program
  • Users who recognize their own work in the design, because it came from watching them do it
  • An interface that holds up under a full workload, not only in a demo
  • Model output presented so users can tell when to trust it and when to push back
  • Work that ships with minimal rework
  • Design capacity that no longer depends on any one person

What We Offer:

  • A fully remote, results-based environment
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity package
  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
  • Unlimited PTO, with your managerโ€™s approval
  • Flexible work environment where you manage your work day
  • 14 weeks of fully-paid parental leave

Salary Range: $180,000-$215,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Our Red Cell Partners Benefits:

For full-time roles

  • Career track opportunity with potential for rapid advancement withย strong performanceย as the firm grows

  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.

  • Paid maternity and paternity for 14 weeks at employeesโ€™ normal pay.

  • Unlimited PTO, with management approval.

  • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning.

  • Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives available.

  • Mental health benefits are available through Tara Mind.

  • Cost effective GLP-1 solutions available throughย Crux.

Weโ€™re an Equal Opportunity Employer: Youโ€™ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

  • Medical insurance coverage ๐Ÿฅ
  • Learning & Development opportunities ๐Ÿง
  • Work with a global team in a fast-growing industry ๐Ÿš€

At OpenZeppelin, we are an equal opportunity employer and we value different perspectives. We are committed to building a diverse workforce. This includes but is not limited to gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, national origin and other characteristics that make each one of us unique. In this uniqueness, we find the most value. Come join us!

The application window will be open until at least August 16th, 2026. This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Role Description:

In the GFiber Finance Operations team, you will operate in a dynamic environment where you will take ownership of processes, optimizing them and addressing challenges within our business operations.

This team is responsible for key functions such as Procure to Pay, Travel and Expenses, Order to Cash, and Revenue Assurance. You demonstrate exceptional performance in enhancing operational efficiency and scalability while possessing a thorough understanding of business processes and their underlying systems. Your attention to detail ensures the quality of our operations, and you proactively work to mitigate operational risks. In this role, youโ€™ll:

1. Strategic AP Centralization & Vertical Governance

2. Payment Operations & Card Management

  • Oversee comprehensive global Accounts Payable and payment operations, establishing best-in-class metrics for accuracy, cycle time, and vendor satisfaction.

At a minimum weโ€™d like you to have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of comprehensive, progressive experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable management, or Financial Operations.
  • 7 years of experience utilizing, configuring and implementing SAP is required.
  • 5 years of experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) operations and offshore vendor relationships to ensure efficient, accurate processing and service delivery.

Itโ€™s preferred if you have:

  • 7 years of experience configuring, implementing, and optimizing Coupa Procure-to-Pay systems to drive overall workflow efficiency.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy, setting strategic priorities, executing complex projects, and driving cross-functional alignment without direct oversight.
  • Proven ability to navigate fluid environments by taking unstructured or broken processes and building scalable, compliant operational frameworks.
  • Leverages modern technologies like AI, automation, and OCR to identify technical system enhancements, resolve software defects, and streamline financial workflows.
  • Combines exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and resolving complex challenges.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $121,600 - $177,800 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.

Engineer AI Pipeline Engineer - Security Automation Platform (Imunify360) at CloudLinux

Designs and maintains automated security pipelines that convert threat intelligence into deployed protection rules across millions of websites.

Senior Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Imunify360 Security Suite is a product of CloudLinux Inc., the maker of the #1 OS in security and stability for hosting providers. Imunify is an innovative security solution designed specifically for shared and VPS/Dedicated servers. The automated, easy-to-use solution with the six-layer approach to security delivers comprehensive and complete attack prevention. Check out our website for more information: imunify360.com

We are looking for an experienced AI Pipeline Engineer to own the automated pipelines that turn threat intelligence into shipped protection for tens of millions of websites.

When a new vulnerability appears, a chain of automated systems has to notice it, obtain the vulnerable source, produce WAF rules, generate tests, prove the rules work and donโ€™t break legitimate traffic, and roll it out across tens of millions of websites; then watch production hard enough to pull it back automatically if it misbehaves. Today that chain exists and runs 24โ„7, and a single unreliable link could cost customers their protection. We are looking for a strong Engineer to expand it rapidly while keeping it reliable and transparent. This involves solving hard engineering problems, working with data at scale, in a world with many surprises.

This is not an analyst role and not a research role, but additional experience in this domain is welcome. What we need is someone who builds systems that keep working: complex logic underneath, boring and reliable on the outside. The position is fully remote with flexible hours, allowing you to plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

What you would own

Systems that are in production today and need to grow considerably:

  • The automated protection pipeline โ€” the chain from threat intelligence to a validated, deployed rule. Multi-stage, largely autonomous, and required to finish inside a fixed time window every day.
  • Progressive release automation โ€” rolling protection out across the fleet in controlled stages, with automated guardrails that hold or roll back a stage without a human in the loop.
  • Quality gates โ€” deciding, from live production signal, whether something we shipped is doing harm, and acting on that before it reaches the next stage. Errors are costly in both directions: miss a problem and customer sites break; over-correct and protection is silently removed.
  • CI at scale โ€” validation that stands up real, disposable environments across a large matrix of software versions and configurations, and returns a trustworthy verdict fast enough to stay inside the release window.
  • LLM orchestration and cost control โ€” several subsystems are driven by AI agents inside purpose-built harnesses, with evaluation, budgets and spend accounting as load-bearing components.
  • Observability and alerting across all of it โ€” the pipelines are expected to report their own condition, prove they are healthy, and escalate on their own.

This runs on top of a petabyte-scale threat-intelligence store and live telemetry from more than 60 million websites, under strict end-to-end latency budgets measured in hours. The failure mode we care most about eliminating is a budget missed silently.

We will go into the specifics during the interview process.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing, building and operating the automated pipelines described above, end to end;
  • Turning fragile multi-stage batch jobs into resumable, idempotent, observable systems with explicit state machines and recovery paths;
  • Defining and enforcing latency budgets and SLOs per stage, and making violations visible and actionable rather than silent;
  • Building the observability layer โ€” metrics, dashboards, alerting and health gates โ€” so the pipeline reports its own condition instead of needing someone to go and look;
  • Designing and implementing guardrails: automatic hold and rollback, blast-radius limits, kill switches, and safe-by-default behavior when an upstream dependency is unavailable;
  • Making the systems low-maintenance: eliminating manual steps, removing standing human babysitting, and reducing the operational surface rather than adding to it;
  • Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests for logic that is genuinely hard to test โ€” concurrency, partial failure, external API flakiness, multi-stage state;
  • Investigating and resolving complex issues across ClickHouse, GitLab CI, S3/object storage, Prometheus/Grafana and third-party APIs;
  • Collaborating with the security analysts and the Server team on architecture, and pushing back when a proposed design will not survive contact with production.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of professional backend / platform / infrastructure engineering experience;
  • Demonstrable experience building and operating multi-stage data or automation pipelines โ€” CI/CD systems, ETL/ELT, build and release automation, job orchestration, ML/data platforms, or similar. This is the single most important requirement. We will ask you to walk us through one in detail;
  • Real depth in at least one of Python, Go or Rust. We use all three, and we are not hiring a language specialist โ€” which one you bring genuinely does not matter. Depth is simply how we verify the experience behind it is real, so expect specific questions about systems you have designed and shipped: why they are shaped the way they are, how they behave under failure, and what you would build differently today;
  • Systems design judgement, more than raw coding throughput. The difficult part of this role is deciding what to build, working out where it will break, and making it prove its own correctness โ€” not volume of code produced;
  • Practical experience with workflow orchestration and job scheduling (Airflow, Temporal, Prefect, Dagster, Argo, custom schedulers โ€” whatever you have actually run in production);
  • A working instinct for reliability engineering : idempotency, retries with backoff, exactly-once vs at-least-once, checkpointing and resumability, graceful degradation, backpressure, and safe handling of partial failure;
  • Hands-on observability experience โ€” Prometheus/Grafana, LGTM stack, or equivalent โ€” including designing metrics rather than only consuming dashboards someone else built;
  • Deep CI/CD experience, ideally GitLab CI including dynamic/child pipelines and self-hosted runners; comfort with Docker and container-based test environments;
  • Experience with object storage (S3/Ceph or equivalent) and with large-scale analytical stores โ€” ClickHouse or another columnar database;
  • Comfort designing state machines and long-running processes that survive restarts, and reasoning about concurrency across multiple in-flight rollouts;
  • Excellent debugging skills across system, network and data layers;
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a distributed team;
  • At least upper-intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with progressive delivery โ€” canary and percentage-based rollouts, feature flags, automated rollback, blast-radius control;
  • Experience running AI/LLM systems in production , particularly cost control, token accounting, evaluation harnesses, and dealing with non-deterministic components inside a deterministic pipeline;
  • Experience with fleet-scale telemetry and with building quality gates on top of noisy production signal;
  • Familiarity with WordPress, PHP, or WAF/ModSecurity concepts;
  • Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Salt) and with Linux service operations.

You do not need a cybersecurity background. Most of the hard problems here are orchestration, reliability, correctness under concurrency and observability. Domain knowledge is learnable and we have specialists to learn it from โ€” pipeline engineering judgement is what we cannot substitute.

We value engineers who are:

  • Curious and fearless problem solvers โ€” not afraid to dig into existing systems, investigate root causes, and propose improvements;
  • Sceptical by default โ€” who ask what would falsify a conclusion before acting on it, and who trust measurements over plausible reasoning;
  • Pragmatic and detail-oriented โ€” focused on building reliable, maintainable systems, and allergic to solutions that require a human to remember something;
  • Owners โ€” comfortable being the person accountable for whether a pipeline ran correctly last night;
  • Effective communicators โ€” able to articulate ideas clearly, exchange feedback constructively, and foster collaboration across teams;
  • Engaging and proactive โ€” contributing energy, initiative, and a positive presence that strengthens team culture.

Whatโ€™s in it for you?

  • A strong focus on professional development with opportunities for learning and growth: interesting and challenging projects, mentor and other knowledge-exchange programs;
  • Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide;
  • Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance;
  • Compensation for private medical insurance;
  • Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement;
  • The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which provides detailed information on how we maintain and handle your data.

Weโ€™re best known for DS-01ยฎ Daily Synbioticโ€”the #1 digestive health probiotic in the U.S.โ€”trusted by millions of people for its benefits in and beyond the gut, including skin, immune, and heart health.

Weโ€™ve since expanded our offerings to include PDS-08ยฎ for pediatric health, VS-01โ„ข for vaginal health, and a new category of Co-Biotics for daily nutrition, energy, and sleepโ€”each grounded in our commitment to scientific rigor, precision formulation, and impact across the bodyโ€™s interconnected systems. Beyond the body, SeedLabsโ€”our environmental research divisionโ€”advances microbial solutions that restore biodiversity and support ecosystems affected by human activity.

Weโ€™ve built a profitable DTC business with category-leading retention, grown revenue 5x in the last 36 months, and expanded our reach across new channels and markets. With a robust clinical pipeline and continued expansion into new areas of microbiome health, weโ€™re building for scaleโ€”with integrity, care, and curiosity.

(Best in Business, Female Founder 100)โ€”a reflection of the science behind our products and the stories we tell to bring them into the world.

Weโ€™re a galaxy-class team of researchers, clinicians, designers, engineers, storytellers, and buildersโ€”each aligned in our belief in the transformative potential of the microbiome. If youโ€™re a kindred dot-connector looking to shape the future of health, join us.

  • seedhealth.comย โ€ขย seed.comย โ€ขย luca.bio

You:

Seed is expanding fast into mass retail, Amazon, and new marketplaces, with a growing portfolio across gut, energy, sleep, pediatric, and daily nutrition. As we grow, the experience we build for our members is what ties it all together: the thing that turns a first encounter with Seed into a lasting, science-backed relationship.

This role exists to shape that experience. Youโ€™ll help define what Seedโ€™s product experience should become, build the strategy to get there, and lead cross-functional teams to bring it to life through rapid experimentation and decisive execution. Thereโ€™s real surface area here โ€” across how members discover Seed, how they engage over time, and how the experience evolves as our portfolio grows โ€” and the autonomy to form a point of view on where you can drive the most impact.

This role reports to the VP of Digital Product and partners closely with Product Design, Engineering, Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth. It requires someone who leads with strategic conviction, moves with urgency, and treats Seedโ€™s product experience as a genuine differentiator โ€” not a set of features to ship.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end strategy for your product area โ€” whether thatโ€™s the growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation) or the post-purchase member experience (engagement, retention, cross-sell) โ€” defining what it should become, how it evolves, and what we build to make it real
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product vision, working backward from an end-state to deliver compounding impact on company-level metrics, and translating Seedโ€™s science, brand, and retention goals into experiences that earn sustained engagement
  • Set measurable goals tied directly to business KPIs โ€” conversion, activation, LTV, rebill, retention โ€” and own the outcomes, not just the roadmap
  • Design and run short-cycle experiments that test real hypotheses about member behavior, generating signal rather than just shipping
  • Partner with Product Design to set creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences
  • Collaborate across the growth-to-member handoff and cross-sell positioning, as members move from acquisition into a multi-product subscription relationship
  • Contribute to multi-category portfolio expansion by exploring what members want and where the experience needs to evolve to support new products and channels
  • Inform how Seedโ€™s owned digital experience evolves alongside emerging agentic commerce channels
  • Present strategy and experiment results to leadership with clarity and conviction

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant depth in one or more of: growth, acquisition/conversion, subscription, retention, or post-purchase/member experience
  • Youโ€™ve defined product strategy from ambiguity โ€” not just optimized an existing surface, but articulated what it should become and built organizational conviction around your vision
  • You lead cross-functional teams by setting strategic direction. Design, engineering, and brand partners look to you for the โ€œwhatโ€ and โ€œwhy,โ€ not just the โ€œwhenโ€
  • You have experience in subscription or membership businesses at meaningful scale, and you understand that both growth and retention are fundamentally experience problems

You

You are the technical owner of the systems that run Seedโ€™s business behind the scenes. Reporting into our Technology team and partnering daily with Finance and Accounting & Operations, youโ€™ll architect, build, govern and support our ERP ecosystemโ€”NetSuite at the core, connected to Shopify/Recharge, 3PL (fulfillment), Ramp (spend management), EDI and more. This is a deeply hands-on role: you write the SuiteScript, design the integrations, and own the governance that keeps a high-volume, multi-channel, multi-entity business running cleanly at scale. Youโ€™re also an AI-native builderโ€”you see agentic workflows, LLMs, and tools like Claude and MCP not as novelties but as core infrastructure for the next generation of finance and operations systems, and youโ€™ll help lead Seedโ€™s adoption of them.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Consult with business units across Finance, Operations, Growth, and Tech to gather requirements, translate business needs into ERP solutions, and prioritize a systems roadmap that serves the whole company
  • Own the architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as Seedโ€™s system of record across multiple sales channels (DTC, Amazon, & Retail)
  • Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions (Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, RESTlets), workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation
  • Own the integration layer end to endโ€”flows, 3PL transactions, Ramp, and other platforms โ€”including monitoring, error handling, and recovery
  • Establish and enforce systems governance: script deployment standards, sandbox and release management, API concurrency and governance-limit management, change control, and documentation
  • Build AI-augmented workflows using LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tooling to automate reconciliation, billing operations, reporting, and cross-system data qualityโ€”and champion AI-native practices across the systems function
  • Partner with the Controller and accounting team on close automation, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness of system controls
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and functionalityโ€”custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searchesโ€”so non-technical teams can self-serve confidently
  • Provide training, support, and enablement for end-users, and prepare technical documentation and training manuals that make our systems knowledge durable rather than tribal
  • Manage systems projects end to endโ€”scoping, timelines, implementation partners, and consultantsโ€”and own budgeting and forecasting for the ERP/SaaS stack, evaluating and integrating new tools as it evolves
  • Serve as escalation point for systems incidents, performing diagnostic testing and root-cause analysis and building durable fixes rather than patches

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles, including 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment
  • Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication; youโ€™ve built and debugged production Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets, not just configured workflows
  • Deep experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo strongly preferred) and high-volume integration patterns, including concurrency management and error recovery
  • Experienced in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses, where order volumes are measured in the hundreds of thousands
  • Integration Management: Configure and support EDI connections (such as EDI 850, 810, 856) between NetSuite and third-party systems or VAN providers.
  • Fluent in AI-augmented development: you actively use LLMs, agents, and tools like Claude and MCP in your daily work, and can design AI-powered automations with appropriate guardrails
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse integration (Snowflake preferred), with broad fluency in cloud computing and the modern SaaS ecosystem
  • Conversant in ERP fundamentalsโ€”order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, procure-to-pay โ€”and able to partner credibly with Finance as a peer, not just a ticket-taker
  • A skilled project manager with experience owning software budgets, forecasting systems spend, and delivering cross-functional implementations on time
  • An exceptional communicator and translatorโ€”you make complex technical concepts legible to business stakeholders, and business needs precise for technical execution
  • An analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen; a natural collaborator who leads and mentors others (specialists, consultants, and power users) even without formal reports
  • Highly organized and rigorous about governance and documentation; you know that at scale, undisciplined systems fail loudly and expensively
  • A systems thinker and dot-connector who is equally comfortable in code, in an architecture diagram, and in a cross-functional room
  • NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer certification a plus

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $165k-$185k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Senior Product Manager owns end-to-end delivery of AI and Contact Centre product portfolio, from customer research through platform launches and continuous iteration.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

At Toku, we create bespoke cloud communications and customer engagement solutions to reimagine customer experiences for enterprises. We provide an end-to-end approach to help businesses overcome the complexity of digital transformation and deliver mission-critical CX through cloud communication solutions. Toku combines local strategic consulting expertise, bespoke technology, regional in-country infrastructure, connectivity, and global reach to serve the diverse needs of enterprises operating at scale.

Headquartered in Singapore, Toku supports customers across APAC and beyond, with a growing footprint across global markets. As a publicly listed company, Toku continues to scale its presence and impact across international markets.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Tokuโ€™s AI and Contact Centre product portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, youโ€™ll turn validated customer problems into scalable platform capabilities, balancing customer needs, technical architecture and commercial outcomes. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role where youโ€™ll be accountable for product outcomes, customer adoption and the long-term health of the platformโ€”not simply delivering features. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, making data-driven decisions and building products that customers rely on every day.

Requirements

What you will be doing

  • Product Strategy & Delivery: Own the AI and Contact Centre product backlog from discovery through delivery, including customer research, problem validation, PRD creation, prioritisation, agile delivery, product launches and continuous iteration. Base decisions on evidenced customer problems rather than feature requests, while challenging assumptions to deliver the best long-term product outcomes.

  • Platform Product Design: Define scalable, configurable platform capabilities with clean API design, integration contracts and reusable architecture that supports Tokuโ€™s contact centre platform, CTI integrations, CRM integrations, developer APIs, partner ecosystems and bring-your-own-model (BYOM) AI integrations.

  • Platform Evolution: Continuously identify opportunities to transform customer-specific implementations into reusable product capabilities, reducing bespoke development and improving scalability across the platform.

  • Product Quality & Measurement: Define meaningful product success metrics covering quality, adoption, accuracy, latency, edit rates, error rates and cost efficiency. Partner with Engineering and data teams to ensure products are properly instrumented and product decisions are driven by live production data rather than demonstrations or assumptions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering throughout product development while partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Delivery teams to ensure products are positioned accurately, enterprise implementations are successful and customer feedback continuously improves the product roadmap.

  • Go-to-Market Support: Support complex customer opportunities by providing product expertise, solution guidance and product positioning that accurately reflects shipped capabilities and platform direction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a product-led culture built around measurable customer outcomes, ensuring roadmap decisions are informed by evidence, customer value and long-term platform sustainability.

  • Ownership: Take full ownership of your product areas, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities while helping shape the future direction of Tokuโ€™s AI and customer engagement platform.

Weโ€™d love to hear from you if you have

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical B2B SaaS products, with a strong track record building platform products, APIs, communications platforms (CCaaS, CPaaS or UCaaS), conversational AI, speech technologies or data-driven products.

  • Technical Product Thinking: Strong systems-thinking capability with practical experience discussing API design, integration architectures, platform capabilities and technical trade-offs with senior software engineers.

Full-time โ€ข Remote

At Boldin, we believe financial confidence should be accessible to everyone. Money decisions shape our lives, yet too often people are left without the clarity or tools they need to make informed choices. We exist to change that.

Boldin is a comprehensive financial planning platform that helps people understand their financial picture, make smarter decisions with their money and time, and plan for the future with confidence.

With over $20M raised and strong momentum, Boldin is entering a pivotal phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team and help shape the future.

About the Role

Boldin is not just a financial planning platform โ€” itโ€™s a movement. Social is where that movement becomes visible, shareable, and contagious.

The Senior Social Media Strategist is responsible for turning Boldin into a daily, high-value presence in peopleโ€™s lives โ€” creating content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives meaningful engagement across platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, data, and distribution. You will own and grow Boldinโ€™s presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn โ€” with a mandate to double followers, create viral moments, and materially increase engagement and reach.

You will collaborate closely with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing to ensure Boldin shows up consistently, intelligently, and memorably across every channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow Boldinโ€™s social presence

  • Manage and execute posting across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth priorities
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels

Create high-performing, shareable content

  • Write and produce posts that educate, inspire, and spark conversation
  • Translate financial concepts into clear, compelling, culturally relevant content
  • Identify and execute on trends, formats, and narratives that drive virality
  • Partner with video and design to create engaging short-form and long-form content

Drive engagement and community

  • Actively manage comments, conversations, and community interactions
  • Build a sense of participation, not just broadcasting
  • Develop repeatable formats that encourage sharing, saving, and discussion

Optimize for growth and performance

  • Track and improve key metrics: follower growth, engagement rates, reach, shares, saves
  • Test and iterate on formats, hooks, timing, and messaging
  • Identify platform-specific strategies to maximize performance

Collaborate across teams

  • Work with Content Lead to translate editorial into social-native formats
  • Partner with Video Lead on YouTube and short-form video strategy
  • Coordinate with PR and Brand on campaigns, launches, and narratives
  • Align with Paid Marketing on amplification and testing
  • Support company leadership, amplifying thought leadership

Success reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on traffic and funnel performance for social channels

KPIS + Targets

  • At least 2-3x growth in followers across all major platforms by year end
  • 3x++ increases in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Increased social-driven traffic and brand awareness
  • Creation of repeatable, high-performing content formats
  • Measurable contribution to overall brand and earned traffic growth

Qualifications:

You are a storyteller, strategist, and operator โ€” someone who understands how ideas spread and how to turn content into momentum.

You likely:

  • Deeply understand how social platforms work โ€” not just posting, but distribution dynamics
  • Have strong instincts for what makes content resonate, spread, and convert
  • Are obsessed with clarity โ€” especially when explaining complex topics simply
  • Care about helping people improve their lives, not just capturing attention
  • Think in narratives, not just posts
  • Balance creativity with performance data
  • Are culturally aware and tuned into trends without being gimmicky

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts with measurable results
  • Experience creating or directing high-performing content across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability
  • Experience working with video content (short-form and/or YouTube)
  • Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of personal finance, retirement planning, or willingness to rapidly build expertise
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and impact. You must be comfortable working closely with leadership while maintaining strong ownership over your craft.

$110,000 - $125,000/month DOE

We want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process. If you donโ€™t have 100% of what weโ€™re looking for, but feel like youโ€™re pretty close to growing into the role โ€” please still apply. If a candidate has only 80% of the skills but a fantastic attitude and perspective, they might be the perfect fit.

Data Analytics Senior Business Analyst at Dev Technology Group, Inc.

Senior Business Analyst validates operational requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and maintains traceability between business needs and technical implementation for federal government scheduling systems.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Business Analyst

Requirements Validation โ€ข Business Process Analysis โ€ข Stakeholder Partnership

Location:ย Fall Church, VA - ย Client Site (Hybrid โ€“ onsite 3 days a week)

Clearance: US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOJ public trust

A Role with Purpose and Impact

Dev Technology is supporting the modernization of a mission-critical scheduling and workflow solution for the federal government. This role exists to ensure that operational needs are understood, validated, prioritized, and translated into requirements that implementation teams can act on with confidence.

You will work closely with Government stakeholders, operational users, architects, developers, testers, and project leadership. The work calls for strong facilitation, disciplined analysis, and the judgment to uncover gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and risks before they become delivery issues.

This role is designed for a senior analyst who values partnership, clarity, and traceability โ€” helping teams move from complex mission needs to practical, testable, and durable solutions.

Requirements Leadership and Operational Delivery

This role blends requirements leadership with hands-on delivery. You will:

  • Validate, refine, prioritize, and baseline functional and non-functional requirements for phased implementation
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to confirm operational workflows such as scheduling, assignment, reassignment, tracking, check-in/check-out, and invoicing
  • Identify and document requirement gaps, conflicts, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and in-scope versus out-of-scope system boundaries
  • Maintain the requirements traceability matrix and connect business needs to design, configuration, testing, and deployment outcomes
  • Partner with technical teams to translate operational needs into workflows, business rules, roles, permissions, interfaces, and acceptance criteria

You will remain close to the work: preparing process models and requirements artifacts, supporting design reviews, coordinating user acceptance testing, and helping resolve defects or ambiguities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Who Thrives Here

People who thrive in this role bring a thoughtful, grounded approach to delivery. They:

  • Listen carefully and create shared understanding across business and technical audiences
  • Ask thoughtful questions and surface missing information early
  • Bring structure to ambiguity without losing sight of real operational needs
  • Write clearly and maintain disciplined, usable requirements documentation
  • Build trust through preparation, follow-through, and respectful facilitation
  • Are comfortable working in a federal environment with formal reviews and approvals

This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-impact modernization effort from requirements validation through production deployment. You will influence how mission workflows are implemented, tested, and improved while helping Government and delivery teams make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate Government-provided business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, workflow reviews, and formal requirements validation meetings
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain the RTM and requirements baselines throughout the system development lifecycle
  • Support configuration and design reviews and track stakeholder issues, concerns, concurrence, and approvals
  • Develop or support UAT scenarios, test cases, and real-world operational validation
  • Assist with defect triage, retesting, data mapping, migration validation, and operational readiness
  • Identify AI-enabled requirements and distinguish optional AI-supported capabilities from core functionality
  • Help ensure mission-essential workflows remain fully operable without AI features

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive business analysis experience supporting complex technology implementations
  • Experience developing BRDs, requirements specifications, RTMs, process maps, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder workshops and requirements reviews
  • Experience supporting COTS, SaaS, PaaS, or configurable enterprise solutions
  • Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional SDLC methodologies
  • Strong written communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, information systems, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal government programs or justice/court operations
  • Experience with scheduling, case management, workflow, or resource-assignment systems
  • Experience supporting UAT, data migration, integrations, and production cutover
  • Business analysis certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent

Our estimated salary range for this position is $76,000 - $140,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.

Engineer Senior, Software Engineer - AutoTagging at Torc Robotics

Designs, deploys, and operates data engineering pipelines to process autonomous vehicle logs at scale using Python, Databricks, and AWS infrastructure.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Company

At Torc, we have always believed that autonomous vehicle technology will transform how we travel, move freight, and do business.A leader in autonomous driving since 2007, Torc has spent over a decade commercializing our solutions with experienced partners.Now a part of the Daimler family, we are focused solely on developing software for automated trucks to transform how the world moves freight.โ€ฏ Join us and catapult your career with the company that helped pioneer autonomous technology, and the first AV software company with the vision to partner directly with a truck manufacturer.

Meet the Team

The Auto Tagger team is the engine behind our data flywheel, responsible for translating petabytes of raw, multi-modal vehicle data into a highly curated library of critical driving scenarios. By mining driving logs for long-tail events, we provide the foundational data required for safe autonomous trucking. Leveraging Pegasus logical layers, this team structures and catalogs findings into an observations database that directly accelerates development across autonomous perception, sensor fusion, and generative simulation testing.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Integrate and deploy automated event-tagger into production pipelines, running and monitoring tagging tasks at scale across petabytes of vehicle log data.
  • Build and maintain the data engineering pipelines that organize, structure, and catalog tagged scenario data into the observations database.
  • Own CI/CD for the Auto Tagger pipeline using GitHub Actions, keeping deployments reliable, tested, and repeatable.
  • Write production grade code in Python across the pipeline, from data ingestion and transformation through model integration and deployment.
  • Build and operate on Databricks for large scale data processing, interactive querying, and pipeline orchestration.
  • Design, deploy, and scale AWS infrastructure (as code) to support high-volume, distributed processing of vehicle log pipelines โ€” working with structured/tagged outputs and metadata.
  • Instrument pipelines with logging, metrics, and alerting; own on-call response for tagging job failures and data quality regressions.
  • Partner with ML engineers on the team to take tagging and classification models from development into a scalable, monitored production pipeline.
  • Ensure data quality and metadata integrity as tagged events move from raw logs into the observations database used by perception, simulation, and systems teams.
  • Troubleshoot and improve pipeline performance, reliability, and cost as data volume and model complexity grow.

What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of software engineering experience, including production data pipeline or ML infrastructure work.
  • Strong Python skills, with experience building and maintaining production data or ML pipelines.
  • Hands-on CI/CD experience, GitHub Actions required.
  • Required experience with Databricks for large scale data processing and orchestration.
  • Required experience with AWS, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation) for provisioning distributed processing infrastructure.
  • Experience processing large scale time series or unstructured datasets.
  • Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch) for production pipeline monitoring and alerting.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ML models into production systems โ€” serving, monitoring, and rollback, not just training.
  • Strong communication skills to work across ML, perception, and simulation teams.

Bonus Points!

  • Familiarity with auto-labeling pipelines, VLMs, or zero-shot classification for scenario extraction.
  • Experience with distributed compute frameworks such as Ray, Spark, or Daft.
